服務不錯的，看見我們帶了娃多給了幾個浴缸套，走的時候丟了東西也及時告知我了
不過
在公寓樓裏面的酒店都不怎麼樣。情侶去整個情趣就行了，帶娃就算了。我要不是迫不得已也不會定這裏了。

價格合適，傢俱老舊，位置不好找，電梯很多部用不了，環境還可以，比較私隱。適合約會。但是廁所很一般！那些用品就更一般了。

1.價錢虛高，用品一般，標價虛高，房間一堆好看的枕頭，就是輪流經歷顧客，連日常清理都沒有。
2.入住時間要來修東西，房間設備有問題就在入住前搞好，和着我住着住着給你修東西。
3.位居高層，玻璃是裂的，不是五六樓的高層 是二三十樓的高度，唯一可以活動的玻璃爛的和花一樣，天天索賠的高價和高額的房費都用到哪裡去了？
4.辦理入住麻煩，先跑到23樓辦，辦好了之後電梯和開玩笑一樣，還要下到一樓再上高層入住。嘴上的智能化，辦理入住的程序原始的不行。
5.高額索賠，一套某多多二三十的床單，因為濺上了鮮花汁子，連簡單的清洗都沒有嘗試，直接通知報廢，扣除全部按金，這純純高額索賠。（酒店洗物清理，按照規定是需要加入一定量的漂白劑的，而鮮花汁子和一般染色是完全可以溶解掉的）張口就報廢扣除全部按金，幹什麼呢？（正常的酒店流程均是先嚐試，無法清理後，根據情況賠償一定金額）
PS：奔着旅遊小地來的，玩了好幾天，蚌埠的，從老城區到新城區，幾個不同地方的住宿全部試了一遍，就屬萬達的一家到店了通知設施不能用，和銀泰的這家張口高額索賠，來的噁心。
都是在外做生意的，打的什麼小心思，都當別人**嗎？開門做生意特別是剛起步的旅遊市場，別吃相太難看。説出去都丟蚌埠的面子。
