The staff are good and friendly. The pool is good in the summer with music etc. Good vibe. The hotel WiFi goes missing at times and the Aircon could be a lot better. The food is good, ever had a bad meal. Rooms could do with a bit of TLC.

We stayed here for one night during a tour of Morocco. Staff friendly enough but spoke very little English. Room was outdated and rundown, although to my relief clean. The towels were thread bare and gray. Located a little outside town, so if you don’t have a car the hotel restaurant is your only option. Simple fare, quite ok. Wifi free and working well. There is a bar that serves alcohol. There is a also a pool but we did not use it. Would not stay again.

Nous avons été directement sou le charme par son environnement magnifique, sa piscine son parking sécurisé... Mais à l'usage, nous avons trouvé de nombreux manquements à l'entretien. Il serait nécessaire d'avoir une direction compétente pour organiser l'entretient correct de chaque jour. C'est un style MOTEL qui s'entretient pourtant sans grosses difficultés. Il faut simplement des vérifications derrière le personnel.

Passable overnight stop on a long drive day. Luke warm shower, dated rooms but safe, comfortable beds and quiet location where you can park your car right at front. Breakfast surprisingly pleasant. I can wholeheartedly recommend La Villa for dinner, 3 mins drive west.

The room smelled of cigarettes and the room was old and looks not 4 star hotel. Breakfast was not buffet and poor for the price.

I had to cancel the reservation due to 5 of the 7 people in my group were ill and we were unable to travel to Benni Mellal and this hotel. ******* and I tried to no avail to get my refund of 3 rooms but to no avail.
This is very disappointing. I cancelled in enough time by still the hotel Ouzoud would not refund my money. Not good business.
