Hotel Bcl Levante Club & Spa 4 Sup - Only Adults Recomended

Nice hotel with beautiful views from the large balcony. The bathroom has both a bathtub and a shower (which could do with an update).

Very modern hotel, spotlessly clean, great location, friendly helpful staff, excellent food & drinks. Rooms are spacious with clean towels & cleaned daily. Would definitely return & stay again.

The receptionist was very friendly, our room was very spacious ! The bathroom had a walk-in shower and a bath tub, large basin, and separated toilet and bidet. Breakfast selection was excellent. Everything you could want. The location was great for us, because it is close to the Benidorm Palace, where we were going, but if you were going for the beach, it may be a bit far. 4 elevators was ample We didn't use the Spa facilities, or the pool, so I can't comment on those. .

Very lovely hotel .we were only there for a short time cause we went over for a wedding .we do plan staying there for a week when the weather warms up .I would recommend the hotel to anyone . Yours sincerely Dorothy .

Stayed end of August with my mum and my sister for a few nights. First impressions the hotel is impressive, one of the nicest looking in the area. Location is good, close enough to the beach and ***** without being on top of it. The grounds and the pools are very nice - however pools are not heated! So even in Aug it was hard to get in! The buffet restaurant is what you’d expect. Breakfast was good, especially the fresh bacon! Evening meals were a bit repetitive and food was lukewarm. Buffet staff were a mixed bunch. Some happy and friendly… others really don’t want to be there. Bar staff at pool bar were always friendly. Be warned if you’re not on all inclusive the drinks at the bar are expensive. Around €24 for two vodka and cokes. If you manage to get a cheap deal… give it a go!

Booked for a few cheap nights away, all inclusive. Corner club room - spacious , but bathroom dated. Black mould in shower silicone was off putting, so needs a refresh! Meals - small buffet, does the job. Most food missing labels . Annoying as constantly having to ask what things are ! No allergens or vegetarian labels. Always meat and fish available to order, selection of pizzas and pasta . Vegetarians will struggle . Drinks - the highlight and reason for giving 4 stars instead of 3 . Great selection of house spirits, wine , cava and beer on standard all inclusive. Pool bar staff are always rushed off feet , but still give service with a smile. Only ever 1 or 2 people working - need more! Also even with all inclusive wristband you have to show your room key every time. Pool - 2 outdoor pools , 1 quiet and 1 lively. Didn’t struggle to get a lounger, but a lot of parasol bases were broken and not safe . Location - lots of bars and restaurants opposite hotel, or 15 min walk to beach and the *****. Would recommend for people wanting a budget break away.

We checked into BCL Levante Club & Spa Hotel - Benidorm on Wednesday 20th May 2026 to celebrate my birthday, and I can honestly say our stay has been exceptional from start to finish. The hotel is modern, beautiful, spotless, and incredibly spacious. Although the hotel became busier each day with more guests arriving, the atmosphere, hospitality, noise levels and overall experience remained outstanding throughout our stay. Every member of staff was polite, friendly, and professional. We would especially like to mention Hassan and Manuel behind the bar, as well as the entertainment host with the long hair who kept everyone laughing day and night. A special thank you also goes to the housekeeping team, who went above and beyond during our stay. The restaurant, food, and service were all fantastic. The food was fresh every day with a great variety of choices available. The service was impeccable, and at every meal we were offered drinks within minutes of being seated. Our twin room on the 18th floor was spacious, clean, and extremely comfortable for two sisters sharing. It’s very good value for money and we would highly recommend this hotel, and would absolutely return in the future. Overall, our stay was nothing short of amazing. We met some wonderful people who work here, and their hospitality truly made our experience memorable. I work in the hotel industry myself, so I understand how difficult it can be to accommodate every guest and still provide such a high level of service. The effort and care shown by the team really meant a lot to us. We are very grateful for everything and will definitely be returning.

We were a group of 10 girl friends all staying at the same hotel for 4 nights for 60th birthday celebrations The hotel was clean in all areas, food was a great selection, fresh and tasty, although not always very hot. The staff in the restaurant were extremely attentive and even saw that we got birthday cake on our last evening. Pool inviting and clean. Staff were brilliant in general, I didn't meet any one who didnt look to be enjoying their job. Especially thanks at the desk for help getting into my broken suitcase, Hassan at the bar was brilliant and the pool bar lady who was so busy but always happy! We had a great time away together.
