Church Lane Apartments

nice enough inside but horrible outside - property is in a alley way with dead pigeons everywhere - parts of the apartment was nice but not a luxury apartment as described - felt unsafe also

I stayed at church Lane apartments Friday night 6th August with my 3 cousins 1 of which was getting married and us bridesmaids.. I arrived 1st got into the main gate but was given the wrong code for the key(no big deal) I called them and was dealt with quick and I got in.. Walking in it was lovely and fresh looking and it felt safe. The view of the stump was lovely and even though its next to church keys I wasn't noisy because the wedding was at 3 we were able to stay on in the apartment until then with no extra charge what was fantastic so all the bridesmaids were able to come and get ready together.. Highly recommended only thing I found strange was in the bedroom charging ya phone you had to have the light on to charge as soon as light was off it stopped charging? And the window in such a lovely place could do with re painting they look bit grotty but only a small detail doesn't effect anyone's stay Many Thanks

Spacious 2 bed apartment with double bedrooms. Hanging space and desks In both rooms. Kitchen lounge was large with big tv and 2 double reclining sofas. These were dirty and stained. Kitchen area was clean but had minimal equipment Two huge saucepans and no frying pan. Did have a washing machine which you don’t need unless you stay several days ( but no airier) Windows were large and only 1 out of 4 opened. Curtains were dirty and stained and didn’t meet in middle , however nice view of church if you didn’t have dirty nets . Carpets were dreadful and need replacing! Bathroom was huge and badly laid out lot of wasted space could have had a nice corner jacuzzi bath. Toilet seat came from the local discount store and was very wobbly. Softer lighting needed in lounge we had to go out and buy a lamp from Argos across the road.Office lighting is no good to relax in evening. Very noisy at night and in the early morning( not fault of hotel) Overall very good location and cheap parking. Good communication although door to hotel is hard to find incorrect information given
