Good room, quiet and peaceful. Had a great experience at this hotel.

Solid hotel. There was a pool which was beyond expectation. Perfect for temporary, one-night stays since its very close to the airport with direct shuttles.

The location is good but poor sound insulation in the first floor room. Recommend to arrange shuttle bus pickup earlier.

The location was everything. It was located IN the airport so was good to rest here before the early morning flight the day after. Nice and clean The only thing is there’s no convenience stores around. They have some items in the shop but very limited

Best ever Hilton hotels, perfect location walking distance to Terminal 3 but not necessary. Hilton provides transportation to all terminals. Friendly staff, nice hotel cleaning and comfortable.

The hotel is a short walk from Cancun airport. Very convenient for transit travellers. Staff was friendly and helpful. Definitely will book again for next stay.

Great hotel for my overnight. We arrived in the very early hours of the morning and this hotel was excellent for us to recharge before heading out again. Everything you would expect from a Hilton.

Best place to stay. Close to the airport, you could walk over to it but no need to since they have free shuttle service.

For a short stay between flights or other travel arrangements the hotel’s location is perfect, being less than 10 walking minutes away from Terminal 2 of the Airport. The only weak point is, that the hotel bar and restaurant close around 10pm, which is understandable, but inconvenient if you only arrive late at the airport.

Long time waiting for hotel pick up van Dirty sheets on two beds, look like the previous guest slept in them for several days, after complaining, the staff tried to exchange them with other dirty sheets they brought bunched up from another room.

The hotel is right next to the Europcar car rental station in Cancun and can be reached on foot. The location is what attracts me the most. However, the sound insulation of the entire hotel is very poor, and the service and reception attitude is poor. There is an airport shuttle bus, but the attitude is also relatively false. If you don't mind, it's still a relatively qualified place to stay.
