You should change beds. It is very uncomfortable. I couldn’t sleep at all. I woke up every hour at night.
Also don’t expect to see the ocean.
Views from windows are sucks.

All was excellent. Attentive to details. Menu was well developed from course to course. Service was friendly and enjoyable including there knowledge the food and liquor to compliment. If you want to remember a special time with your loved one, this spot is perfect.

There were 17 of us to celebrate the graduation from nursing school and two birthdays. Fabulous weather food, drink and friends. The grand is not an inexpensive vacation, but I think you pay for what you get. This is the second time we’ve been there and I totally recommend it.

The Romantic Dinner I highly recommend! Perla was great and the menu, food, ambiance, and music were very nice! Great experience as a couple at the Beach Club! You will not be disappointed !!!! Pictures before dinner are always nicely done as well.

Been at the Diamond/Residence pool for a few days now and tried other pools only to come running back to Miguel and Jose {Francisco) . They are the BEST! Take care of every thing we need, before we even know we need it (we joke, that they’ve done this before lol). But in all seriousness they are both amazing so much so that we follow them to other pools :)

Like the food options and resort facilities.
Would be better if transportation with in or out side resort is easy.

This was our second trip to the Grand, the first one as member, and we brought our family and friends in tow. The customer service at this resort is exceptional - every single individual we encountered was helpful and kind. The resort itself is beautiful, very well maintained, with some of the best food you could have at an all inclusive resort (and this is coming from a Toronto foodie). We had an amazing time. Shout out to Ivette - our fantastic event planner, Daniel and Fernando/Francisco at the romantic private dinner (recommended!), and DJ Katy Burguete and DJ Carlos Huerta who after just one night, remembered our song requests and spun all the best music to make each night at club Noir and Unique so much fun and memorable. Could not have asked for a better vacation! Thank you!

We have been members for 11 years and have the best time when we go to Moon Palace The Grand in Cancun. Our family had a great time and want to stay longer on our next vacation. Everyone is friendly and helpful! The food is great and there are so many restaurants to choose from, which makes it easier when you have children with you. Can't wait to get back to The Grand!
