This place was HORRIBLE!! I would not recommend anyone stay here, there was mold in the bathroom of the first room we received it smelled of mold and there was a hole in the wall. We received a new room that also smelled of mold and mildew, the bathroom shower was so nasty I didn’t want to bath my kids, I made them take showers. There is RUST EVERYWHERE!!! I hated it and could not wait to leave….as well as the staff 🙄🤬I wish I would demanded some of my money back.

Bathroom had rust the carpet was wet I guess the Air conditioner had a leak Jon was very helpful but the hotel it’s self wasn’t worth the money pool wasn’t working on top the room phone wasn’t working so I had to go out to the lobby to ask for something

I started my stay with a roach in my room.. The manager switched my room with promises of a discount or points (which I’ve received neither) the second one smelled like cigarettes the entire stay. I had to call down to the front desk to get spray for my room 3 times during my stay because every time they would spray the smell came back and i was there for about a week. My room wasn’t cleaned the entire stay im guessing they only clean during check out so you have to call down for any necessities you run out of. As for breakfast be prepared to eat the same exact thing everyday! Blueberry waffles (they had no regular waffles all week) potatoes eggs and some weird looking sausages but dunkin and wawa are walking distance. Overall the stay was okay the roach through the whole self care trip off for me though.

I rented 2 rooms in this hotel specifically, because it had an indoor pool. I was disappointed that the pool closed at 9 PM, which I feel is very early. There were only a couple of towels...not enough for me and 3 kids... and the pool does not go past three foot six inches...

I engaged this hotel on behalf of a non-profit organization for a dinner meeting. The event manager, Samantha, was outstanding. She was easy to communicate with and went out of her way to accommodate our needs. The catering food was excellent. I also stayed overnight. The original room I was assigned had a very unpleasant odor (smoke, mold?) and there was a metal box on the nightstand blowing air, so they were aware of it. I asked for a different room and the check in clerk immediately apologized and gave me a different room that was acceptable and clean. I don’t expect everything to right all the time, and I judge a hotel by how fast they can make something right. This hotel did a great job of that. My room was clean, but a bit Spartan. Don’t expect a lot of luxury items, but it did have a coffee machine. The bathroom was clean and there was plenty of room around the sinks. This hotel would be good for an overnight stay if passing through the Philly area.
