L'hôtel est tres agréable jai beaucoup aimé le jeune receptionist ou bien le night audit est tres bien communicable et professionnel jai adoré le service et la piscine le club aussi je vais revenir avec ma famille en tres prochain merci beaucoup avanti pour l'expérience.

De retour à l'Avanti après la fermeture due à la période Covid, cet hotel est toujours aussi agréable, belle chambre, bonne literie, impeccable. En plus j'étais côté mer qui donne encore plus au séjour, un côté vacances pour un déplacement professionnel. Le petit déjeuner est correct. Juste un petit reproche, (mais alors tout petit) une musique d'ambiance un peu forte pour le petit déjeuner.

Hôtel vieillissant-propreté à revoir-douche bouchée par des cheveux -WC à moitié bouché- quant aux transats de la piscine il vaut mieux ne pas en parler tant les coussins sont sales et non nettoyés- dernière chose wifi très très lente. Beaucoup de choses à revoir même à l’accueil: vous demandez un renseignement, on vous répond qu’il y a internet….

Siamo stati una settimana in questo hotel e devo dire che ci siamo trovati molto bene. Il personale e le signore delle pulizie sono davvero gentili e disponibili. Ci sono però alcune cose da migliorare, ad esempio mancavano spesso gli asciugamani in camera e il Wi-Fi prendeva poco niente da nessuna parte. La piscina è bella ma devi prenderti lo sdraio la mattina presto altrimenti non ne trovi più uno libero perché oltre ai clienti dell’hotel ospita anche persone da fuori, non consiglio di consumare al bar della piscina perché sono lentissimi , costa tanto e non è di qualità. Ultima nota negativa la chiusura della piscina alle 19,00. Note positive: la palestra technogym, la pulizia, la posizione sul lungomare, il parcheggio e la colazione che seppur non tanto ricca è buona ma nonostante finisca alle 11.00 alle 10,30 tolgono già tutto e comunque consiglio di arrivare prima delle dieci perché altrimenti non trovi più nulla nel buffet.

Probably the best hotel in the area, but... The interior is not very well maintained, lots of small cracks, scratches, minor broken things that you don't expect in a 4 star hotel. It's a pity that probably customers have little respect for the place and the staff cannot manage so many issues. The staff is slow, everything takes o lot of time. The beach is public, not very clean probably because is very popular with the locals day and night in the summer. It's also difficult to get to the hotel in the evening, crowds of people, streets closed for cars until 3 in the morning. Best thing about the hotel : the pool and the sea views. The pool is excellent, big, deep, extremely clean all day long. The SPA is well managed and rhe services are very good( pricey but worth it)

Personnel qui manque du professionnalisme. Communication des tarifs non exacts et des informatiobs mensongères. Je devais y être ce jour mais à cause de ce que j'ai cité ci-haut, j'ai quitté l'hôtel ave 3 enfants et un bébé. C'était une très mauvaise expérience pour ma petite famille. Quelqu'un du staff de la restauration s'est présenté comme le DG par intérim !!!! Pour résoudre le problème vu que l'hôtel m'a communiqué par téléphone un tarif qui n'a rien à voir avec celui arrêté sur place!!!!!!! Erreur professionnelle qui a coûté à ma famille le retour à la maison. Déception total et accueil très mediocre et qui est loin d'être accueillant et professionnel.

L'hotel est superbe, la piscine extra et les chambres spacieuses et propres. Pour la partie restauration cela se gâte en effet le restaurant (unique) ne propose pas beaucoup de choix (menu buffet seulement) cher (300 MAD) et vraiment pas terrible mais la direction a su corriger ce petit problème avec beaucoup de gentillesse et rien que pour ça je retournerai peut-être à l'Avanti pour voir si la partie restauration s'est améliorée

A well located hotel near the beach. The building is relatively new with a modern design. The room decorated in light colors with a comfortable bed to sleep well. We booked an executive room with sea view. The room is spacious and well equipped. The bedding is excellent. Too bad the duvet is too warm. We enjoyed a nice fruit and pastries platter in the room. Overall good cleanliness. The breakfast is ok. The staff are friendly and professional. In summary, a good value for money for this hotel which is one of the best in Mohammedia.
