Razoável, hotel é antigo, enfrentamos problemas com chuveiro, não saía água suficiente, apenas um pequeno fio de água, comunicamos a recepção, falaram que iriam abrir chamado e estamos esperando até agora, consideramos isso uma falta de respeito com hóspede. Após o banho ( a conta gotas) fomos jantar no restaurante do hotel, muito bem atendidos pelo atendente Pedro, porém, a demora na entrega dos pratos fora do comum, uma hora de espera, e quando chegou, meu bife estava muito passado e da minha esposa estava cru, solicitamos aos Pedro que prontamente providenciou a troca de prato, porém, mais 40 minutos de espera, totalmente inaceitável. Enfim, cobraram estacionamento, que por sinal, muito ruim e apertado e com certeza não voltaremos mais.

Hotel com cara de fim de festa! Decadente. Quartos e banheiros antigos, limpeza deixa a desejar até pelo pouco numero de funcionários para um hotel enorme. Camareiras deixavam os lençóis recolhidos jogados no corredor. Cafe da manhã bagunçado. Para fazer dinheiro vendem espaços do hotel para eventos que geram tumulto e barulho madrugada adentro no hotel sendo impossível dormir com barulho e pessoas circulando e batendo portas. Gerencia só pensa em vender o que der e não faz nada para organizar.

Não gostei. Hotel não é 4 estrelas de form alguma, no máximo 3 e olhe lá.
Quarto com ar condicionado que funcionava muito mal e com muito barulho. Não pudemos ligar e passamos calor a noite.
Abrir a porta com o cartão era uma loteria. “Tem que dar um jeitinho e dar umas torcidas no cartão” para abrir a porta de acordo com a camareira, que foi muito gentil.
Por fim - quarto sem isolamento acústico. Você ouve tudo que o seu vizinho de cima faz - passos, arrastar móveis etc.
Resumo - tem opções iguais ou melhores por muito menos preço.
Não recomendo.
