Had to fix my toilet as it was zip tied together, the lamps had to be plugged in and unplugged to turn on and off, tape over the sprinkler system, shower drain broken. Was told breakfast starts at 6:30 when I checked wasn’t ready at 6:50

We enjoyed about our stay except for the people in the next room. They had their tv turned up very loud all night. I should have called down to the front desk, but I didn't. Will stay here again.

The staff did what they could, the place had a broken curtain in the room, We couldn't sleep with the light in us face, we could never close the curtain. The bathroom was clean, the carpet was very dirty, the pool dried out my skin with so much chlorine.

The price was fair but the room eas not in great shape. Lights didn't have covers, the couch made it imppssible to push the cart past. Went to get apple juice and had dead bugs in my juice. The room was 85° when we arrived. The tissue box was completely empty, why even leave it in the room if you are not going to provide tossues. Ice mace didnt work. Bed was so HARD, felt like I was sleeping in the floor.

It was very good choice. This was our first time staying in this hotel. Friendly staff and cleanliness was what I like most. They surprised us with hot breakfast. I’d just would have liked some more juice choices.
