Red Roof Inn Benton Harbor - St Joseph

For this money great stay plus we had a puppy and no additional charge

This is the worst place to stay ever, the pillows were flat, the bed had a worn-out mattress, the unit stunk, there was water running out of the air conditioner staining the floor. There were couples with small children living in the units, therefore, I was told that I would not receive fresh towels or any unit cleanup, because that was for the people living there, and was only done between 10am and 2 pm. When I inquired about it, I was told that if I work, then I miss the deadline. I left after two days and had paid for 7 days; they would not refund my money. I would like to let everyone know what a horrible place this is and to avoid it at all costs, unless you are planning to live there.

I really liked staying here. It is a wonderful hotel and will definitely stay again

Red roof inn Benton Harbor is home away from for me. Every time I go to Benton Harbor I stay here. The staff makes you feel like part of the family. The manager goes above and beyond for the guest and staff. The room I stayed in was very clean and comfy.

This was a very dirty hotel there was a cockroach in the bathroom just disgusting

Close to restaurants and mall and theater. Super comfortable bed!!!

Rooms are small and very dirty

Terrible place to stay. People coming and going loudly until 5 am when we’d had enough and left. Someone broke into our room in the middle of the night fortunately we had the door latch in place. How they could get into our room without our key card we aren’t sure. The place is supposed to be a non smoking place but our non smoking room wreaked of smoke

Room had a terrible smell and it was dirty.
