I never got an invoice for my stay! I think their computer system was down or very slow or something. Will have to track down an invoice now. Indoor pool is not heated. Employees were nice but I think struggling with system. Breakfast was good, great biscuits and gravy. Property was clean and is next to a nice walking trail. The price I should have been charged (no confirmed bill yet) was a little steep.

Staff great, very welcoming and respectful. Breakfast was really great. Location convenient. Room was clean, but building and room are older and room felt old (clean nonetheless). Like a ＜= 2-star hotel in room factor.

Stayed with a large group and the staff went above and beyond making our long trip special. Excellent meals provided daily by Chef Kim and kitchen staff. Incredibly kind and helpful team- Kimberly, Chris, Val, Cecil, Jean, and Bryan- THANK YOU!!!!

Older establishment but clean and generally in good repair. The restaurant, you order at a window and they bring your food to you. The problem was the water and tea was self-serve and both were aged and low on content. We asked the NIGHT SHIFT MANAGER, Kim Latta, for a refresh on those two items. She very RUDELY said "the ice machine is around the corner, and the ice machines are located on each floor". We went to the bar and had our food delivered there so we could have something to drink. Ironically there were 5-6 gentlemen in the bar and the RUDE Kim Latta came in and could not shake her booty enough to serve those gentlemen. Because of the attitude of KIM LATTA, we will not use Hilton Garden Inn in any future visits to Bentonville.

Had excellent stay at the Hilton Garden Inn in Bentonville, Arkansas, the room was immaculate, sheets were clean ,beds were clean, bathrooms, clean, everybody, very accommodating. The restaurant food was delicious, the bartender, Carlos, was very helpful in everything that he does. He delivered our food to the to our table, and we had a wonderful time, ended up visiting with other people at the Hilton, very good rapport with everyone. Absolutely wonderful time. I would suggest this hotel to anybody that comes to Northwest Arkansas, the night manager ,Michelle was very accommodating with my needs, texted me frequently to make sure that I was comfortable in my room with no problems. An extra special attempt to keep me happy. The house keeping personnel were very accommodating with my room. Excellent services.

Easy to get to I-49 to go to Crystal Bridges but removed enough for quiet and privacy. Friendly and helpful staff! Clean pool, but the water was a bit cold for some kids. Many restaurants and services (wine store, etc.) nearby. We'll go here again.
