Wingate by Wyndham Bentonville Airport

Dillon (front desk) was awesome, attentive, professional and accommodating. The room was nice and Rhonda was very pleasant when checking out. It was very early, before breakfast and she let our granddaughters have cereal and milk to eat before checkout. Breakfast was good and fresh each day. The only issue was housekeeping. We were there four nights and they were supposed to do a full cleaning on the third day. I specifically asked and was told they would. When we got back that evening, they had taken out the trash and refreshed the towels, but did not clean bathroom or sweep. I found bugs two nights in a row in the bathroom. Had it not been for that issue, it would have been a perfect stay.

The hotel was very nice and quiet and clean. There was a Dollar General nearby and it was near the airport. To dine you had to drive at least 15 - 20 minutes back into town, but other than that, it was a very nice place. We would stay there again!

Stopped for a very brief visit while waiting for an early flight. The room smelled absolutely awful as did the hallways. There were multiple dead bugs under the window. It was late and we only would be there for 4 or 5 hours so we decided to suck it up and check the bed. We checked it multiple times and all sheets, blankets and mattress were clean thankfully. But the smell made it hard to sleep. The clean bed was the only thing that stopped me from giving it two stars.

We loved how clean everything was, staff was very nice and helpful. Just great!!

The staff gets a 10 for friendliness, the buffet breakfast was done very well, check in, check out and shuttle service to airport were a breeze.

The property was very nice, rooms were clean. Out of town not much traffic. The breakfast was wonderful. Would stay there again.

We had been out of power for three days and decided to try a room for a while to get some relief and let the kids use the pool to fight the boredom. The staff on the phone was great and the worker at check in was obviously overwhelmed, but handled it and took good care of us, but ultimately the facility was run down to the point that we elected to go back to a home with no power. We paid for the night but didn't stay. if you have no other choice, it would do briefly but only as a last option.
