The NWA Food Bank held their 2nd annual Game Show Battle event 4-25-24 and it was a huge success. Blake and his team did an exceptional job hosting us. The food was amazing, the venue was great and we just can't say enough about how wonderful everyone was. We will be using your venue when we have needs in the future and will definitely send referrals your way too. Thank you so much.

EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!! From the front desk to the bar and the maid service 5 stars! The bartender Adrianna was particularly excellent! She was courteous, kind and exceptionally good at her profession, we tried repeatedly to stump her with obscure drinks, we couldn't, as a matter of fact she had great suggestions for drinks for us to try .....Worth a visit for her alone, much less the service from the rest of the staff! Overall top notch experience!

The good things: cleanliness was impeccable, the room was spacious, complimentary water bottles and toiletries. The staff were amazing!!! Very helpful, very courteous, very good at their job! The bar was great as well. Did not have dinner there, however, the choice for the breakfast bar was very disappointing. My room faced the internal lobby, which meant no daylight (or very little) and that felt a bit claustrophobic. There were no USB ports anywhere, which is unacceptable in this day and age. The shower head could not be moved and faced the far corner of the tub - that was not a comfortable position to take a shower. The toilet got plugged...I'll stop here.

If you are looking you are looking for a great place to stay in Bentonville, AK look no further this is it!! Great staff and enjoyable moments! Adrianna is the bartender for four points and she was amazing at her job! She went out of her way to ensure all customers were took care of, not only that but she was amazing at making very tasty drinks! She was extremely professional and made my stay at four points more than enjoyable!

Adrianna the bartender was outstanding and went above and beyond to make our stay rememberable. Great conversation and great drinks. The hotel staff was very courteous and professional. The hotel rooms were clean and tidy. Renee the head housekeeper and her staff are amazing and always ensured our towels were fresh and our beds were made daily. I could not have asked for a better stay. I will definitely stay here again on my next visit!

Clean hotel with amazing staff. Adrianna the bartender went above and beyond to make our stay terrific and she really made a huge impact on our stay. The rooms were clean, the housekeepers are trustworthy and always had our room in tip top shape. Renee is the head housekeeper and we could not have been happier with the service they provide taking care of our rooms and making sure our beds were tucked tight and we always had fresh towels and removed all trash from our rooms daily. The front desk staff was very professional and accommodating and always had great places for us to visit and get away to. The entire staff at this hotel is top notch and we will always make this our #1 hotel for all future visits to Bentonville. 10/10!

The entire hotel smelled like the Indian restaurant that was next to it. There was several hairs in the shower/tub. I had to wipe it down. However, the bed was comfortable, the linens were all clean and the AC worked well.

My wife and I was in the Bentonville area for an event so very little time was spent at the hotel but staff check in was friendly, hotel area inside and out was neat, clean, no issues and room was very comfortable. We are supposed to come back to this area this time next year and my wife and I have already talked and want to stay here again so that speaks for itself.
