I recently stayed at this hotel and the experience exceeded my expectations. First of all, I want to praise their service attitude. The staff are very friendly, warm and thoughtful, making me feel at home. They treat each guest with courtesy, whether it is asking for directions or other needs, and they answer and help patiently as soon as possible. (The front desk may have seen me coughing a little, and I specially asked the room sister to prepare the throat tea in the room. It was very delicious. When I checked out, I mentioned that the front desk also took two packs away for me.) The situation of the room also made me very satisfied, clean and tidy environment, meticulous cleaning work, I was deeply impressed. The bedding is comfortable and the facilities are perfect, providing me with a good rest environment. Guanting Holiday Hotel is the most satisfying and comfortable hotel for our trip. From the house to the outside, the sanitation is very clean. The waiters are also very enthusiastic. The TV is also very powerful. It just can see the closing ceremony of the Hangzhou Asian Games. The breakfast is particularly delicious. There is its own parking lot downstairs. This is second time to visit this hotel, mainly for the fact that it is one of the few better hotels in Benxi and the only one with a swimming pool. The pool is not big, but enough to swim a few laps up and down. The adjacent gym is available, but unfortunately, according to hotel policies guests can only use the gym or gym+pool at the same time and not at different times like early morning and late afternoon or evenings. So the gym is pretty much abandoned, nobody uses it. The changing room is cramp and not very clean. Hot water from the showers is acceptable. Perhaps the two ladies and guy at the counter can do more to maintain the changing rooms rather than sit down all day playing with their phones. The guy waiting at the pool area acting as ”lifeguard” for a 1.3-1.5m deep pool is not necessary at all. The room we booked was fine. Warm, spacious and clean. The interior is clearly showing its age and we saw scratches on the bathroom door from years of sliding in and out. It would be nice to have power outlets on both sides of the bed for personal phones and tablets. The bathroom was surprisingly cramp, however the shower provided ample space. The restaurants and shops inside all looked closed inside the hotel so we visited a small shopping mall next door for food and groceries. For Benxi, it will be hard to find anything better because there aren't many options out there. This is why we'll probably come back again.

After a long time, I finally looked at it. I was lucky to book it. The boss said that we were too lucky. There were guests coming to visit the store one second before, and we booked it one second later. There is a trampoline for children to play in the yard, and the pavilion for tea is a hasty time, otherwise I really want to stay a few more days. The environment is really good, suitable for taking pictures. The tatami room is large enough to sit around and play cards on the tatami at night. It is very fun. When I get sleepy, I just lie down. 6 adults and 1 child are all asleep. The breakfast is delicious, and there is a side dish that won everyone's praise. I want to buy more and bring it back. The dinner is also ordered here, the price is a bit expensive, because it is not easy to find a place to eat around the eccentricity, the taste is good, and the amount is enough.
