You need to check in before 10 PM, as the counter is unstaffed after that. The room was clean and new, with a small kitchen which was convenient for cooking. The hotel also has paid parking, which is great for those driving.

The location is great for shopping and dining. There's a paid parking lot with plenty of spaces. The room was new, clean, and even had a kitchen and washing machine. The bed was super comfortable. This will definitely be my top choice next time I visit Beppu.

This hotel apartment was clean and bright. We were able to wear slippers indoors, and the bathroom had a wet/dry separation. It was fully equipped with a washing machine, refrigerator, microwave, induction hob, pots, pans, and dishes. There's also a self-service drink machine on the ground floor. The beach is just a stone's throw away. It's a bit of a walk from Beppu Station, but manageable. Plus, there's a free hot spring on the top floor available after 10 PM.

Even though I only stayed for one night, overall it was quite good. I requested a room with a beach view and was happy to get one! The only minor downsides were a small stain on the duvet cover and no rack to hang clothes inside the bathroom – there was just a tiny one outside.
