The hotel is very centrally located right on the Boulevard and has many restaurants and cafe in the surrounding. The check in was very quick and hassle free. The service of all the office staff throughout our stay was outstanding. The rooms are spacious, well lit and airy. The linen was good quality and the breakfast was delicious and good variety. I will definitely recommend.

It has been the best hotel in Albania, all was perfect: clean and big room, breakfast, location, etc. I'd like to say thank you to all the kind and helpful staff, he even park our car inside the hotel, we had a lovely stay in Berat!

I visited the beautiful city of Berat with my wife and we decided to stay for 2 nights in Orestiada hotel.The hotel is new, in the center of city,the place is quite,the view of Mangalem and the Castle is spectacular.The breakfast was really delicious and the service is top.The owners love what they do and their son Remi is ready to help you at any moment.Great experience

Awesome spot! The owner is such a friendly guy and the hotel is right where you want to be. Clean rooms and excellent hospitality. There is a great street of bars and restaurants down the road. There patio is a good one lace for drinks and relaxing.

We stayed one night at this nice hotel. Location is perfect in Boulevard Republica. The staff are very friendly and welcoming. It's a kind of family business. The room is good and simple. A/C was not working properly, so they changed my room to Room 203. Good room with nice view to the boulevard where many people walk all the day. Wi-Fi is excellent. Breakfast in 1st floor, between 8-10 am. We were the first visitors. Decent breakfast, served by mom and daughter. Great place to stay.

Very welcoming. Nice modern room. Very good breakfast. Free parking. Hotel is facing directly onto Berat's main pedestrian mall. Parking is located in back of the hotel, accessed from a perimeter road. Watch for the posted signs to the parking lot. Walkable central location within 10' of Gorica bridge and the road to Berat Castle. The evening passeggiata on the pedestrian mall by the park is a joy. Highly recommend.
