I found the inflexible table seating policy disappointing. It felt like being treated as if in a prison or school, where guests staying in more expensive rooms were given priority and I was asked to only sit at the assigned table. This overshadowed what could have been an amazing stay, as the food and service were satisfactory. However, the rigid adherence to policies really tarnished the overall impression of the hotel. A more empathetic approach from staff would greatly improve the overall experience for all guests.

Super friendly staff and overall great service! Also a good location - I arrived by train and was there on my racing bike! Great breakfast with a large selection. The swimming pool and relaxation area with sauna are highly recommended. Unfortunately I didn't try the massage. I would come back!

This is the second time we have stayed here, and it keeps getting better! If you are looking for a quaint authentic German mountain hotel this is what you want! They are friendly and the breakfast is amazing! I highly recommend!

Friendliness and cleanliness are evident throughout the entire establishment. The food is plentiful, fresh and varied. The service is excellent, the birthday table is beautifully laid. The breakfast buffet is plentiful and has something for everyone. Everything is recommended.

We spontaneously stayed in the last available room while looking for a short break. The service was extremely friendly, competent and positive all round. The room was modern, large and (especially important) very quiet. We felt completely at home and would happily come back.

Na lang zoeken in de regio dan toch een hotel gevonden dat ons een beetje aansprak. Niet goedkoop, maar we wilden al bij al niet abnormaal voor de omgeving. Het hotel ligt op een 50-tal meter van de grote baan tussen andere gebouwen. Een wijds zicht heb je dus niet. Nadeel is ook dat de parkeerplaatsen beperkt zijn, wat het soms moeilijk maakt om in te rijden en weg te rijden. Het onthaal was correct en vriendelijk. We kregen een suite op de eerste verdieping. Dit was een ruime zitkamer met 2 aparte slaapkamers en een aparte badkamer. Ook een ruim terras was aanwezig. Minpunt was mss de afwezigheid van airco (ventilator stond er wel) en het vasttapijt in de slaapkamers. Ook de bedden waren niet top. Zowel het ontbijt als het avondeten waren uitstekend. De sfeer in het hotel is wel eerder stijf. Nauwelijks of geen kinderen aanwezig en vooral oudere mensen als gasten, wat maakt dat de eetruimte soms bijzonder stil was. Kortom: een goed verblijf, goed gegeten, maar qua sfeer niet helemaal ons ding.
