Super hôtel très bien situé. Proche du centre et de la plage. Les phoques ne sont pas loin non plus ! Petit déjeuner assez cher (12€) mais du choix (salé et sucré)

L’hôtel est propre, confortable ( chambre premium), le restaurant est très bon. Le point négatif est le SPA. Il y a un réel problème d’hygiène: crasse et moisissures sur les grilles de trop plein du jacuzzi, il a une pellicule poisseuse et orangée dans le hammam. Seul le sauna edt propre car il semble neuf. Les salles de massage et de bien être sont propres et agréables.

La chambre est sale la porte cassée le meuble cassé en bas suite a une fuite la douche plein de moisissures hamman froid et sale piscine froide et sale le personnel pas aimable très déçu de ce week-end là moindre des choses il faut réparer avant de louer une chambre

Nuit étape en couple en chambre standard, équipements, hôtel, restaurant et situation très bien. Pour plus de nuitées préféré une chambre plus grande et supérieure (chambre standard trop petite à notre goût) pas eu le temps de testé le SPA

Excellent hôtel. Accueil formidable Chambre confortable J'ai été surclassé sur ce séjour. Wifi. Plage et centre ville à proximité Musée de Berck Le personnel est d'une gentillesse exceptionnelle,il s'adapte à toutes les situations. Très aidant aussi pour les personnes âgées. Restauration très satisfaisante. Rapport qualité/prix très satisfaisant.

Avons commandé du foie de veau, mauvaise idée 👎 Le plat est arrivé couvert d.une sauce pas très appétissante et le foie était granuleux.Avons appelle serveuse qui n., n a pas pris la peine de s’excuser le chef non plus d.ailleurs.Nouvelle commande d.un plat de poulet quelconque et sec! Tarte fine aux pommes très moyenne . Seul le foie gras était bon. Je regrette le manque d’excuses et un geste commercial aurait été apprécié. Je ne recommande pas ce restaurant.

Hôtel aux chambres confortables et très propres à 2 pas de la plage. Les lits sont douillets. Équipe très aimable. Petit-déjeuner varié. Le pain frais est excellent. Le bar propose une belle offre. Seul ombre, les tables n'étaient pas très propres.
