Great place for couples, families or people who travel for work. We had a one bedroom suite with a full kitchen (we like to cook when we travel). Also, made use of the BBQ that was set up in the garden. Breakfast is included and is available all day long. Perfect for us as we had breakfast after playing 18 holes of golf. The staff were very efficient and professional - from booking through check in through check out. Unfortunately for us, the outdoor pool was not available.

The staff is absolutely spectacular and very friendly. The reason for the review being the way it is is I found a tube of KY jelly under my bed and it didn't belong to me. The parking lot was absolutely covered in thick ice and very very slippery. Other than the KY jelly the room was clean just an oversight I'm sure. Staff is very friendly.

Amazing staff, from reception to dinning waitress. Food was excellent and room comfortable.
Only complaint was the size of the bathroom was small. Space from the coat closet could of been ised to make it not so crammed.

The rooms were clean and spacious. I wish I knew where they got their mattresses. I was very impressed with the meeting space. The conference centre was easily accessible and spacious. I would recommend this place to host your next conference in Bathurst (Beresford)
