Das Hotel liegt direkt am Starnberger See. Gleich daneben ist eine Schiffsanlegestelle. Von hier aus kann man auch einige Unternehmungen starten. Das Hotel ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet und es ist überall sehr sauber und ordentlich. Das Zimmer ist geräumig und sehr schön eingerichtet. Das Bad ist von der Größe vollkommen ausreichend. Die Matratzen sind super, man kann sehr gut schlafen. Der Balkon ist auch sehr schön. Der Spabereich ist auch toll. Der Pool ist klasse und es gibt auch eine Liegewiese draußen mit Blick auf den See. Auch gibt es noch Sauna etc. Das Frühstücksbüffet ist vielfältig und geschmacklich, wie qualitativ sehr gut. Das Abendessen war super, auch hier geschmacklich, wie qualitativ sehr gut. Großes Lob an die Küche. Das gesamte Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Hier kann man sich verwöhnen lassen und auch die Seele baumeln lassen.

Wunderschönes Hotel direkt am See. Herrlicher Ausblick. Gut zu parken. Schiffssteg direkt neben an. Schwimmbad und Sauna im Haus. Spa! Lift. Wintergarten. Essen ausgezeichnet. Geräumige Zimmer mit Balkon. Bad mit Wanne. Sehr freundliches Personal.

Very nice hotel, beautiful view of the lake from our room. Good breakfast, also ate finner in restaurant one night, good food overall. It's about 20 minutes to get into Munich.

This was a wonderful retreat. We used the spa, the pool, the lounge chairs outside, the bar, and restaurant. Amazing. We opted for a lakeside room and it was absolutely worth it. Definitely recommend this hotel.

Ein Hotel in die Jahre gekommen. Balkon Renovierungsarbeiten erforderlich. Keine Klimaanlage im gesamten Hotel. Weder in der Eingangshalle noch auf den Zimmern. Bei über 30 Grad im Schatten unerträglich. Ein kleiner Ventilator stand zur Verfügung.. Frühstück sehr gut. Die vier Sterne für Hotel sind für mich nicht erklärbar. Personal sehr freundlich. Kleiner Aufzug. Fenster nicht geputzt und die Kissen auf den Stühlen und Liegen sind mit Wasserflecken nicht schön. Das Hotel punktet nur wegen seiner Lage und die Zimmer zur Seeseite. Parkplätze wenig und eng. Einige Parkplätze befinden sich an einer Steigerung. Ich konnte mich immer auf ******* und seine ausgewählten Hotels verlassen. Hier wäre eine Überprüfung eventuell erforderlich. Die Abwicklung über ******* war sehr gut.

Some staff was very rude and food was not good. However, a few staff members truly were special and kind. At the end of dinner i asked to get another coca cola to bring up to the room and they had to ask the chef... then I was charged €15 to bring a liter coca cola up to my room. They say they offer room service online.

No air conditioning so we arrived with a lake facing window which was nice but full sun with curtains opened room was at least 95 degrees Fahrenheit and just a tiny desk fan to move air. Shower stall was 2’ by 2’ no light. Said it was a 4 star hotel but where? The restaurant was very good.
