Good facilities, breakfast was included, cheap parking and easy to catch public transport. Great value for an overnight stay.

the hotel provided free parking, it is because there can not reach without car, public transportation is not too easy to walk from the hotel.

Location: half an hour outside the city center, but the tram is within walking distance, which takes you into the center easily. The rooms are great, the beds too, the only thing missing is a coffee maker. The breakfast buffet is first class - really everything is there!!!! Only minor criticisms: they rely heavily on self-service, for example when checking in. (That wasn't the case for me) and the rooms are only cleaned and the beds made if you ask for it in advance. Otherwise not.

Regardless of the hotel facilities, the environment is very good. The breakfast is rich and delicious (seven to 9:30 ). Convenient transportation: The bus runs every half an hour most of the time, and arrives in the city center in about 40 minutes. It takes about 15 minutes to walk to the bus station and light rail station. Absolutely recommend staying.

The facilities are pretty good! Breakfast was good and the hotel was satisfactory for the price! However, to go by public transport, it was far from getting off the tram and walking for about 15 minutes.

Rooms are not cleaned unless you specifically request this. The corridor was dirty and in my three day stay was not cleaned.

Second time at the hotel as convenient for the airport... both times excellent rooms, new bathroom and spacious... surrounding area is basically a building site and no facilities so car needed.

Large, well-maintained hotel with easy access from the main road and to the airport. Grand entrance and reception areas, give a good first impression and this was added to by the friendly young man on reception who made check in quick and easy. The room was beautifully appointed and although one of the cheapest had a queen bed and separate sitting/TV area with coffee machine. The bathroom was clearly new and very well done. This was an excellent experience for the last night of my time in Norway before flying out and I would definitely return to this hotel on future visits.

Good place to stay if you travel by car. You have enough parking opportunities. Unfortunately, the hotel built on a hill and you have to reach the public transport by foot going up and down (about 15-20 minutes walk). From the tram station you reach the airport (about 7-10 minutes ride), which is a pro, and the city center (about 35-40 minutes!) which is a massive blame. The rooms were clean, the breakfast is rich enough for staying up to three nights, but the it lacks on variety. Nice lobby and a children room. Nice gym. It's more a business hotel, than a vacation one. If you plan visiting Bergen just for couple of days and have a car - that's fine. Otherwise, book one near the city.

Hotel is new and excellent, with great light in the foyer. The rooms were very large and comfortable. The hotel is located near the airport but does not have many restaurant options nearby. The hotel restaurant is good, although pricey. In our case we used the hotel as a base to drive to the fjords so it was ideal as getting to and from the hotel was easy. Parking is available on the hotel premises. The hotel appears to be used by many tour groups, and so can be busy - although it was relaxed overall. Breakfast is excellent! Recommended to be used as a base, however would only stay here if using a car.

Phenomenal hotel! The included breakfast buffet is the best we've experienced. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Restaurant on premises is wonderful. Parking on property economical.Just 45 minutes to Bergen by convenient tram. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

property was clean, loved the family room layout. the breakfast buffet was awesome and dinner menu was good (more vegetarian options would be good). Staff and waiters were very helpful
