Scandic Neptun

We have stayed in several Scandic hotels and this is the first time we have encountered such unwelcoming people at the reception. I am not so picky with details and I overlook many things, when they treat me well, but in this case we did not receive friendly treatment either. We booked a superior room, it had water marks in the ceiling, spider nets in the corners, carpet with stains and the balcony door was missing the privacy curtains, there were only Blackout curtains so we either had sunlight and no privacy or privacy and no sunlight. The TV was positioned very badly. you couldnt wath TV from the bed nor from the sofa, since in both positions you had to turn your head almost 90 degrees. I think they could just omit the TV since is not possible to use it anyway. The shower curtains were too short and the water flooded half of the bathroom. We had to use towels to dry the floor. There was no bath mat. The worst part was that the bathroom had no door!. Yes, we are a couple, but I think that a bit of privacy should be included for the price. It's a shame because the location is very good. Not going back. I do not recommend it
