位置：從輕軌終點站byparken步行到酒店大概六七百米，酒店有兩棟樓，一棟比較舊，一棟比較新，中間隔着一條馬路。距離遊輪碼頭步行2-3分鐘，適合準備搭乘hurtigruten、havila、fjordline等遊輪。
入住：向前台提供預訂單和姓名即可辦理，房費是提前付款的，入住的時候沒有要求付款按金。
房間：房間訂的名稱叫stand double bed room，攜程上顯示是大床，實際是兩個標準小床拼在一起，被子是兩床小的，北歐很多酒店是這樣的 。舊的這棟樓房間設施會稍微舊一些。房間內沒有一次性洗漱用品和拖鞋，需要自備。洗手間內有吹風機，可以不用自帶。 有燒水壺，沒有瓶裝水。暖氣比較足，睡覺會比較幹。出門的時候需要記得再刷一下房卡才能把門鎖上。
餐飲：訂的房間帶早餐，典型的歐洲早餐，種類還挺多，有兩三種水果 。
設施：酒店可以免費寄存行李，就是提供幾個架子自行放行李，前台不會幫忙登記記錄 。
