Strategic location, very good breakfast! The room was lovely, comfy and clean but we found plenty of dust underneath the bed that made my allergy a bit problematic

We booked this as a family with two small children and it was perfect for us! Walking distance to everything we wanted, amazing restaurants nearby, and tons of shopping in the area!

Vou começar explicando porque dei nota 3 ao hotel. Nunca vi na minha vida, em todas as viagens que fiz (e foram muitas) um banheiro tão pequeno e tão ruim. O banheiro não tinha 2 m2. Ficamos , a alguns dias atrás, hospedados no Thon de OSLO e o banheiro era, no mínimo, o triplo do tamanho. Já vi banheiros de navio maiores!! Realmente me decepcionou!! E olhe que ficamos no quarto 540 (Empresarial), supostamente superior. Fora isso o hotel é muito bom. Quarto grande com uma "salinha". Podia ter tirado uma parte do quarto para colocar no banheiro. Café da manhã muito bom, farto e com muita variedade. Eles servem um "dinner soup" após às 18hs. que funciona bem depois de um longo dia de turismo e pra quem não quer sair pra jantar fora. WIFI funcionando bem! Cama, lençóis e travesseiros bons!! Realmente, não fosse pelo banheiro, receberia nota 4.

We had such a fantastic stay at the Rosenkrantz hotel. The staff was not just accommodating but so welcoming and friendly. And that breakfast! Better than any other hotel breakfast I've encountered! Will definitely be recommending this hotel to anyone traveling to Bergen!

There were a lot of great things about the hotel, however I was a little disappointed in a couple of areas. What was great. The hotel is well situated in Bryggen, the breakfast has great variety and of excellent quality. The bed was super comfy. What wasn't great The rooms were very small - nothing new for europe - but it made it hard to move around our suitcases. They need to take out some of the furniture in the room. Whilst the breakfast was lovely quality unfortunately they didn't heat any of the hot food so it was flat cold each morning - such a huge pity. The service in the restaurant on the morning is slightly strange as one morning we had to shift our plates onto another table with loads of other dirty dishes, and then the other they were literally taking away our plates from under us - so a bit inconsistent. I was really disappointed that on the morning when we had a trip we asked for a breakfast take-away bag. In it was a dry cracker, and apple and a bottle of concentrated orange juice - it was absolutely terrible and there's no excuse as they could have included a sandwich, some pastries or anything more than what they did as they must be used to guests doing this. All in all I would stay here again, but would like it if the hotel at least addressed the cold food problem.

Tolles Hotel sehr gut gelegen. Ich kann dieses Hotel jedem empfehlen. Gegenüber des Hotels gibt es ein Parkhaus. Das Personal sehr freundlich. Zimmer sehr gemütlich eingerichtet und sauber. Frühstück sehr gut grosse Auswahl. Preis Leistung top.

Excelentes instalaciones y personal. Desayuno muy completo y variado. A destacar el buffet gratis que hay de tardecita de lunes a viernes (al menos en el mes de abril). El hotel está muy bien ubicado, a pasos de el famoso bryggen, el.muello de la ciudad.
