Location is the only positive factor. We booked a family room for 3 and was given a room with no cabinets and shelves to store our things. The ceiling seems mouldy too. Will not come back again.

The hotel was quite good, the room was a little small in size, but going only to sleep hardly affected us, it was simply more for the issue of opening suitcases. The bathroom was fine, and the breakfast was quite complete. The attention was very good at all times.

The buffet breakfast is great with salmon, cheese, bread, fruit and hot dishes as well. Hotel is quite generous in food provision. Besides, the location is perfect if you take tram no. 1 from airport coz the tram station is just 3 minutes away. We walk to the city center and all the attractions on foot... It's around 15 min walk only and along the way, you can see the lake and shops around. Not a boring walk definitely. Room is not big though to fit 3 of us coz there is a bed in the corridor. However the toilet is spacious when compared to other hotels we visited during the trip. Highly recommend.

It is very close to the train station. We use this place as the starting point of Norway's miniature. It is very convenient to go to the train station in the morning. The dinner in the hotel restaurant is very atmospheric. There is a beautiful mountain view next to it.
