Front desk is very helpful. We left our luggage after check for several hours before catching our next stop. They are very accommodating.

Location Nice, near the Park

Everything was excellent during our stay at the Hotel Park, so conveniently located - the room, the breakfast and the staff.

I’m come at hotel before 9and staff left 9 she give me room card keys not even writing code to when I go outside I need stay sometime until people who stayed there overnight opened doors,she not say nothing about breakfast time and I can’t find information about that and today morning when I left to take trip home I see people eating but because I be on hurry I just run in and try find something I can take with me fast and I found not even paper cups to bring coffee with me and just left hungry,in room it’s hang some old tv but without controller,in room it’s not even glass or paper cups or something to warm water or make coffee and 9in evening Thursday it’s nothing even working at hotel to ask for help or ask or they have food I can buy,room it’s extremely small and it’s felt so bad to after so long trip after 2 flight and 18hour trip I spent in small room without tv without people I can ask help without even one cup just empty building without staff ,if I be now I better be sleeping in buss station like here I felt so disgusted how people don’t care even little about people comfort ,I don’t even going call them to send me money back,in all me life and all hotels I stayed I never even one time had complaints i one time slept in hotel what room they forget to clean and I had no complaints but this place it’s just something different worse I can’t even imagine,hope you people never book room here

Very clean and really friendly service. Everything is crowned by the coffee and dessert offered by the hotel every day. I really recommend it.
