My stay at Fletcher Hotel-Restaurant Stadspark was pleasant and met basic expectations. The location was convenient. The room was clean and functional. The staff were helpful and polite. Overall it was a decent hotel for a short stay.

The hotel is magnificent, however our check-in was not great. In fact, the receptionist couldn't find my reservation, then for access to the sauna he asked us to come back even though it was 5 p.m. - well, not very professional. The rest of the staff were great, the restaurant delicious and the breakfast fabulous. The wellness was really good, not too crowded and very varied in terms of saunas.

Hotel very well located, not very far from the center of the old town and very close to the magnificent lake. The view from the room is very pretty. Friendly and helpful staff. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The breakfast buffet is appetizing and the tables offer a magnificent view of the lake. The only downside: the completely naturist wellness area and its high price, combined with the price of bathrobe and slipper rentals.

The line for a drink at the bar was 20 people deep, so no wine for me last night. The bedroom was to hot, turned the A/C on and it was to loud so could not sleep. I could hear people walking around upstairs. Whilst the hotel can not be blamed for the rain hitting the windows, they could have the trees cut back to atop the branches hitting the windows in the wind.

I stayed for my work in BOZ. Hotel has been renovated recently and thats a big plus. I stayed in room 308 and 502, both on the west side of the hotel. Overlooking the beach area and the nearby road. The beach is available by walking, just 5 minutes away. In the middle of the summer, so my window open. This gives a lot of noise from the nearby road 24 hours. On return from daywork I noticed that the bedroom was not always cleaned. Always something was forgotten by the cleaner.

Great for a stopover. Wellness more than sufficient for hotel guests. As a sauna goer, wellness is on the small side for a day of wellness. Breakfast extensive and fresh!
