It was a nice big room, the bed with four-poster. The receptionists were doing their job properly. We only stayed one night, did not use all the facilities, such as bar, swimming or gym which there were available, only the restaurant.
The bed is too soft, my husband was sank into it. He did not have a good night sleep.

A group of us met up here, we were extremely well looked after by very friendly and professional staff who made the stay a bit special. Our room was clean and functional with a comfortable bed, the others in the party were equally happy. We would certainly return.

Service was impeccable from reception to bar to check out - top notch hotel!

A very pleasant stay and an enjoyable party night. The food including breakfast was lovely and hot and served by very polite and efficient staff. Also, a big shout out for Franco! This was our second stay at the Hotel and it was as good as before. We visit quite a few hotels regularly across the country and we have this in our top 10, so we will look forward to returning soon. 🙂 Well done to all the caring and pleasant staff.

We had returned to Nailcote for the 3rd time since our wedding. Its a lovely quaint location and still as lovely as when we got married there. We took advantage of the Sunday deal which was great value for money with breakfast and dinner included aswell as use of the spa facilities. We had a complimentary upgrade as I noted on the booking that we got married there and that was much appreciated, the food was absolutely out of this world, and thanks to James for taking care of our table on the evening, he was very friendly and went above and beyond for us. Anyone thinking of going to Nailcote, do it. You won't regret it. Thanks to all at nailcote for being so welcoming yet again. We'll be back soon 😃😃👍🏻👍🏻

Attended the Diva Tribute night with the fabulous Micki performing a wide selection, from Chaka Khan, through Janice Joplin to Shania Twain, with a few Supremes classics thrown in. A good selection with people dancing from the off. Preceded by an excellent 3 course meal (Cheese Tart, Beef and Brownie), some reasonably priced wine and the a DJ afterwards. The DJ kept the floor packed and although a large birthday group took over most of the dance floor, there was still room for others to join in. All in All, a very good value night out, with food, entertainment and dancing.

For several years I’ve been using chain hotels for family trips because we were disappointed so often with other hotels even when they had good ratings. I made an exception last night because of location and couldn’t have been happier with Nailcote Hall. It’s a Jacobean style mansion house (at least it looks like it to my untutored eye), set in attractive grounds beside a golf course. The wood panelled period rooms are elegant and warm, the staff are brilliant, food is good (tho a little pricey) and it even has an indoor pool and spa/gym. Our ground floor room had good quality furnishings including a writing desk, a large full bathroom with great shower, lovely views from the leaded windows and comfy beds. It was really quiet (apart from the crazy birds kicking off at dawn which was kind of nice). Can’t want to stay here again.

I had a lovely stay at Nailcote it was the perfect place to recuperate after a long day of travels. The steam room, jacuzzi and pool were a really good temperature and eased away my aches and pains. I was on a business trip and wanted a quiet place to rest and work before my meeting the next day, so ordered room service, which was very quick and tasty. The bed was really comfortable and I slept well and the staff are really lovely and helpful. Breakfast was great. I would recommend and definitely go back when in Coventry again.
