Pool was cold Everything else Great !

Our stay was a case of really nice and really.... what were they thinking. Everything that you would hope for in a nice hotel was there. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the breakfast was good. The reason for the 3 star rating was based solely on the bathroom. First off, the hot and cold water lines were reversed in the bathroom sink. No big deal once you figure it out, but really, nobody on staff noticed and had it switched? That is literally a 5-minute repair. Now, the main reason for the review and the what were they thinking award winner was the walk-in shower. The shower head was on one end of the shower, and the drain was on the other (opposite of how it should be) with the water mixer valve located in the center of the long back wall. I'm 6'2" and 190 pounds. I bet in the course of one 10 minute shower, my elbow bumped the shower handle at least 6 times. Depending on which way my elbow bumped the valve, determined if I was getting a blast of way too hot or way to cold water. We only stayed one night, but I would not stay again if the room was laid out like room 119.

This was our first time staying at the resort & we stayed in an executive suite with the jetted tub & gas fireplace We were quite pleased with the cleanliness of the room, the bed was quite comfortable & the furnishings, including the chandelier, were very nice, and the view from the room was beautiful! Thr resort was modern & in good condition. The check-in & check-out service was friendly & efficient. Everything in the room worked properly & the gas fireplace made the room very cozy, especially on a chilly night in December! The only suggestion I would make is that the hotel staff put a grab bar somewhere on or near the jacuzzi tub to make it easier to get in & out, and also make available in the bath area non-slip mats for both the shower & jacuzzi tub, as both areas can become quite slippery when wet. Overall, we were quite pleased with the room & the resort & we will be returning to stay in the future.

It's been years since we stayed at the Berlin Resort. They've made many additions including a huge fitness facility (that is still taking shape) and the pool area has a whirlpool, sauna, steam room, and cold water plunge bath. We liked the in-house movie theater where they play two movies each night. The complimentary breakfast includes hot food as well as fresh muffins and fruit.

Stayed 1 night in Signature Suite 401. It is nothing like the photos on the web site. The bathroom baseboards and floor were filthy. The decor is old. The tiny lounge chair was broken. The bedroom was creepy, the beds looked like the old style waterbeds. The sheets and pillow cases were extremely wrinkled. The beds are very hard. I did not sleep because it was so uncomfortable. I would not recommend staying here and I will not go back.

Berlin Resort King suite was very nice and clean. Loved the staff and enjoyed shopping/eating in Berlin. Thanks for a Great Stay

The room was very nice, big and spacious. We enjoyed our stay very much. Really liked the outdoor area eith seting and fire pits and nice walking path. Definitely recommend.

We enjoyed our stay at the Berlin Resort! The room was great. The staff was helpful and friendly. The breakfast was excellent the next morning. It’s our 4th time staying here. So much to enjoy! The pool, hot tub, fitness area, the kids play area. This is our favorite place to stay!

The pool water was frigid, area around pool was gross and dirty - hair, bandaids, unsanitary. The room was ok - definitely not worth the cost. The room was plenty big, beds were comfortable, was good for an overnight stay. The coffee was putrid and I’m not exaggerating. It was undrinkable. The playground and children’s village was a huge hit. We passed on breakfast because of how unappealing it looked.
