Holiday Inn Express Hotels in Berlin

The location is great, very convenient for both commuting to work and walking around. I stayed here for a whole week. It’s a bit disappointing that the breakfast is the same every day; it would be much better if there were more variety, especially for long-stay guests. What really shocked me on this trip was that someone opened my room and came in without knocking. I reported it to the front desk, but they only said it might have been housekeeping. There was no apology or proper explanation at all. For an international chain hotel like Holiday Inn, I’m not sure if this is considered normal here. Honestly, it felt very scary! especially as a female traveler. It didn’t feel safe at all. This experience has really made me lose confidence in Holiday Inn’s standards.

Breakfast was simple but satisfying — fresh bread, fruits, yogurt, coffee, and more. 🍞🍎☕ What really stood out to me was the friendliness and professionalism of the staff. The reception team spoke fluent English and went above and beyond to answer all our questions and make us feel welcome. 🙌😊 At the end of our stay, my travel companion and I sat in the lobby and said, “Next time we come to Berlin, we’ll definitely stay here again.” 👉 I highly recommend this hotel to solo travelers, couples, families, and even business guests.
