Very nice place, we really enjoyed our holiday here

Very nice aparthotelhotel. On some days the price is somewhat expensive though compared to other places nearby. And they don't accept cash.

Excellent service, comfortable location and clean and comfy room. We use it for business trips as the office is in the area and all colleagues recommend the hotel.

For that amount of money I’ve expected something much better. I was in the hotel for three weeks and for such a long time I would love to have comfortable bed, mattress was so used that it was really hard to sleep. Another problem was cleaning. For three weeks I have dust in the same places, spider webs and cover for the bed rolled up in some weird places. I was at the reception ones and show them the photos I thought that I will help. Unfortunately not. I didn’t have time to reach out to you every day about the same issue. Next part is a balcony what was super dirty, I know that this is next to the river but even though it shouldn’t looks like this. It would be lovely to have the table there, but it’s something additional. For the next time I would love to have efficient safe because in my room it was broken. Location was perfect for me, style of the whole hotel is very nice and I also really appreciate the clothes dryer next to the washing machine.

very good location close to ostbahnof station and uber arena near the river. new design rooms, awesome bathroom and kitchen appliances. only bed was not large enough for two people

Everything was great. Staff, the vibe of the place. Location. Comfort of the room. the restaurant bar downstairs was nice too. Enjoyed that. Just wished someone came by to change the towels regularly. I get the hotel apartment thing but towels lying around are not fun.
