First time at this hotel and was not disappointed! Immaculate in every way, the quality of the mattress was amazing as was the shower in the lively room we were allocated. Breakfast was included in our stay and it was brilliant! Something for everyone whether it be continental or cooked. Tea and coffee in abundance. In the main hall, there is a tea/coffee station which is complimentary. Also, there are complimentary bottles of water in the hall. The staff are all friendly and professional. Definately intend to go back next time we visit Berlin.

Bra hotell med gratis vatten på flaska som fanns till alla. Helt ok Frukost, bra sängar… jag gillar hårda sängar. Trevlig personal i receptionen. Ligger bra i ett lugnt område med ett köpcenter rakt över gatan.

at first we are not happy that most of the 10 car spaces in front of the hotel were reserved (presumably for VIPs). After waiting for less than 30 mins we were able to find a space at the back street which is free. The breakfast is good, free icy drink, coffee and hot chocolate are available 24/7 outside the breakfast room is a bonus, especially in summer.

Der Eingangsbereich mit einem Zelt und Nebel zur Desinfektion während Corona ist außergewöhnlich und professionell. Die Zimmer großzügig und sauber. Vom Empfang bis zum Service sehr freundlich und professionell. Das Frühstück war sehr umfangreich und ausgesprochen gut. Das Hotel ist sehr zu empfehlen.
