The service itself was fine, although they leave the impression that they don't really care whether you are there or not. In principle, they only perform the necessary tasks, such as creating your card, but they don't really radiate friendliness. This in itself is not a problem, because we do not come here for the personal contact. Still, the feeling of welcome or willingness to do something extra, especially since we are traveling with a baby, would be appreciated. I had asked for a camping bed in advance, but they did not inquire further or say anything about it. Luckily I brought one myself as I hadn't heard from them.
I thought the pillows were really worthless, they were as thin as a 2 euro coin. In addition, the shower holder in the bathroom was broken or worn out. We had to hold the shower head ourselves, which can be quite inconvenient. In addition, the mini fridge did not work, which was also a bit disappointing in case you wanted to drink something cold in the evening or at night.
We thought the breakfast and location were very good, we will definitely come back if it suits us!

I spent one night in this 4-star establishment located near Potsdam Square and well served by public transport.
When I arrived, the welcome was very cold, really not up to what is expected of this type of establishment,
The hotel also needs a major facelift.
Concerning the services offered, I was able to take advantage of the sauna but its opening hours are very limited (from 5 to 8 p.m. only),
As for the room, it was quite large, the bathroom had a bathtub and a shower, the bedding is quality but the cushions need to be changed as quickly as possible (much too soft )..
The breakfast was of good quality.

Location was great, service was good, room was spacious by European standards, overall a great place to stay!

Stayed three nights for a city break. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the hotel room was serviced daily. The room had a small fridge and tea and coffee facilities, although they only supplied powdered milk, this wasn't a problem as we bought some milk and kept it in the fridge. The position was perfect for sightseeing and using public transport was easy.
I only reduced the score for comfort as we needed more pillows, but the hotel offers a range with different fillings, so it wasn't really a problem.
The only other thing I could mention is to have usb charging points in the room. I would certainly recommend this hotel and wouldn't hesitate to go back.
