Very happy in general: great location, quality cost/service ratio…..!

The room is very big. It is on the second floor. You can walk out of the room and there is a small garden. The bed is very comfortable, not too soft or too hard, great. The Berlin Gate is right outside the door, and the subway entrance is less than 50 meters away. The transportation is extremely convenient. The breakfast is great, there are many waiters, coffee, tea, and food that needs to be waited for can be ordered and asked to be delivered by the waiter. In short, the experience is very good. I will come again.

I was attending a conference in Berlin and stayed at the Adlon Kempinski Hotel, adjacent to the Brandenburg Gate, close to the Reichstag Building, and not too far from the Victory Column. The hotel is beautifully decorated, the room is not too big and relatively compact, but the facilities are complete, the bedding is excellent, and you can have a good rest. The breakfast conditions are very good, with complete dishes, rich fruits and elegant environment.

Hotel Adlon is a favorite among German students, but that's all. It has a great location, but its facilities are not as good as those of new five-star hotels, and it is not attractive for a second stay...

The location of the hotel is very good, right next to the Brandenburg Gate. It is a luxury hotel. The service is very good and the breakfast is very rich. If you like retro luxury style, you can try it.

An old hotel, although the facilities in the room are a bit outdated, we still like it very much. This is our favorite hotel in Berlin.

Very nice place

Very good location, excellent service

Our suite had heating issues. We called twice and went to the reception. The staff said that it was handled but when we came back from dinner, the room was still very cold. Very unpleasant! It's a pity because it was a beautiful room. We liked a lot the outstanding breakfast.

Staff was great!! They gave us an early check in which was incredible useful! Very nice hotel.

Rooms are a bit jaded; especially the bathrooms. Service at the breakfast was consistently poor.

Wonderful hotel with excellent facilities and staff. The breakfast buffet was amazing. Lovely spa too. Also felt very comfortable in the room. Couldn’t have asked for more really.
