Everything is great and the room is clean and tidy. The service also good, but the water in room is not free. It should told us before or leave a note in the room. The staff just told me when I was check out, It a little bit trick.

Ideal hotel if you are participating in a conference that takes place in the same venue. It's not far away from the metro, and it has a supermarket available at a close distance. Rooms are spacious comparing to other hotels.

It is good at least for Germany standards :) I wouldn't expect more!

Fabulous hotel! Fantastic breakfast. Close to the metro station. Close to markets and convenience stores. Room with good space and very clean. Comfortable bed. Super attentive attendants. Very good hotel restaurant. I recommend it for business, tourism, family trips. Close to tourist attractions. I highly recommend him here on the trip!!!

Very large hotel but with its own personality. Pleasant and comfortable rooms. Excellent breakfast. Excellent location, well connected.

We were in Berlin for a football match of our VfL Bochum and chose the Estrel because it is centrally located and you can get everywhere from there. Not far from the Sonnenallee S-Bahn station, we were greeted in a friendly and courteous manner at reception. The rooms are OK, if a little shabby, unfortunately the air conditioning was not really usable, you would wish for more modern functions these days. The breakfast was completely fine. What bothered me a little was that it was very, if not too warm everywhere in the hotel. And that was when the outside temperature was 20 degrees, I don't want to know what it's like in midsummer. Overall everything was OK, but I wouldn't necessarily book the hotel again.

A typical exhibition business hotel, all aspects of exhibitions and conferences are very good, and it continues to improve every year, which is worthy of praise. The hotel experience was just average, except that it was expensive during the exhibition period and there was no other comment.

The room is spacious and well-equipped. The hotel lobby is unique and there are three restaurants. The service attitude is good, but there are not many other restaurants nearby, so it is quiet at night.

The Estrel Berlin is an impressive hotel. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The service is professional and courteous. The breakfast buffet offers a wide range of delicious dishes. The hotel's location is convenient, close to public transport and tourist attractions. All in all a recommendable hotel for a pleasant stay in Berlin.

Very good hotel. The service is warm. The breakfast is also very good. The facilities are relatively new and not far from the subway. I will choose it next time, especially the details are very obvious. The warm smile is very comfortable

Everything was perfect, always happy to come back

I was honestly very disappointed with the hotel on pictures it looked much nicer. We were not informed that you have to put your card on it to scan it in the elevator so that you can go to the right floor. I didn't get an explanation of how much dinner costs in the evening, you should come directly to the restaurant and ask something stupid. Breakfast costs an extra €25 per person, children up to 6 years free for so much money I would have had breakfast with a bottle of champagne and even cheaper elsewhere. All so I wouldn't book there again. Design messy hotel was not to my liking if the current pictures had been taken I would not have booked. Parking in the underground car park costs 22, more. I felt really betrayed

Good place, excellent room, spectacular bathroom. In the Italian restaurant you eat very well but it is very expensive. There is no cafeteria in the complex. Unfortunately there was no one who spoke Spanish at the reception or in the restaurants, which is very strange for a hotel of this magnitude and so cosmopolitan.
