Great experience in Berlin first time perfect facility and pool

The location and physical aspects of the hotel were good. However, the service, especially from the night manager, was HORRIBLE. We booked 3 twin rooms. Note that the price is different between twin and double rooms. We arrived late at night due to flight delays and were very tired. During check in we were told that there were no more twin rooms because the hotel was full. What's the point of paying more for twin rooms if the hotel does not reserve them for us? When we asked for an extra bed to be added, we were told that there isn't enough space for it. This is not true as we had already been inside the rooms and they were big with lots of space. After much haggling and after the night manager put on a show by going in to the hotel's office for a few minutes, he came back to say that he can change one of the rooms and put in an extra bed. We were still not satisfied and so we insisted that the hotel can do something to rectify the matter. After doing another round of putting on a show, the night manager came back and said that he can now add and extra bed to another room and would also give us a 50% discount for 2 of the rooms. In addition, he said that we could take the 2 bottles of mineral bottles (these are chargeable) for free. The fridges in the rooms have sensors to detect if the drinks there are taken. The next day we checked with the reception to make sure that we would not be charged. The lady who assisted us checked and said that there was a note saying that we would not be charged. When I got my credit card statement, I found a charge for the 2 bottles of mineral water. 16 euros. Ridiculous. Throughout this ordeal, I must say that the night manager's attitude and manner were really bad. For example, I don't remember seeing him smile at all even when he first came to talk to us about the rooms. Our holiday was marred by this. Hilton is a high class brand of hotels but the service leaves a very bitter taste in our mouths.

Very good location. At first there was a noise in the room so we could not sleep and had to move in the middle of the night to another room. Water in the room was paid 6 eur per small bottle of water. And they provide tea - am I supposed to use tap water in 5 star hilton to make some tea? Crazy

Very good location, but there was noise in the room, and the water in the room costed 6 euro! Staff asked for 200 eur deposit - I saw this first time in a hotel of such level although I frequently stay in chain hotels - NH, IHG - I saw such bad practice first time. Otherwise - this is an old but 5 star hotel - it was OK.

Hotel has not refunded the EUR 100 despite repetitive chasers

I loved this hotel although it is a bit pricey for me. This hotel has one of the few opened pools in Germany and while it is small it was ample enough to do laps and to have a beer. The rooms are very nice and very comfortable. The concierges are top notch and very professional. I did have a problem with the hotel NOT finding my reservation but I had a copy in my computer so the problem was speedily fixed!! This is the second time I have stayed at this hotel and would return again if I was ever in Berlin!! Overall a very good experience but still on the pricey side for me.,

Felt clean and nice. The elevators are slow though.

The Hilton is extremely well located, at the Gendarmenmarkt (right in the center). A metro entrance is at the entrance to the hotel. The reception hall is very large with plenty of seating. The whole thing is beautiful. The rooms are classic Hilton, large and functional (although slightly outdated). The breakfast is royal! Very good and beautiful hotel

Because I booked it last minute, it cost about 3,000 yuan per night. The room is pretty good in Europe, but the bathroom is really not as good as the Four Seasons. You really can't book a room last minute in Europe without making plans. The location is great, 10 minutes away from Charles's Post, and it's not too tiring to walk to the Brandenburg Gate and come back. The church opposite is under renovation, otherwise it would be more interesting.

A very bad check-in experience. I strongly recommend not to step in. The hotel's service is extremely poor. I stayed for three days. Every time I met the customer service at the front desk in the lobby, they never said hello. They were arrogant, indifferent and prejudiced. Order There is absolutely no free bottled water as marked, because the room booked on Ctrip will be arranged in the expanded building. No matter you ask the front desk for any service request, you will be arrogantly rejected. The hotel will deduct the deposit for pre-authorization when you check in. , but even if you leave the hotel, they will not help you cancel it. You have to come back to the bank to help force the cancellation. This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. There are countless pitfalls. There is a Westin about a hundred meters away. Hotels, and there are many other hotels, so please avoid this kind of hotel with extremely poor service, otherwise you will be woken up by the cleaning staff every day and be disliked by the customer service in the lobby. If you are a foreigner, please avoid it. here

The hotel requires a deposit of 100 euros, which is not yet certain when it will be refunded… The location is at the entrance of the subway, the service attitude and sanitary facilities are good, it is a standard Hilton hotel.

The room is clean and tidy, the bedding is very high-end, and the skin feels good! The water is very hot, and there are disposable slippers but no toothbrush. Overall feeling very satisfied! Check out Encounter Classic Car T1

Elegant but a little old structure, the rooms are very dark, average cleanliness, rather poor service, dated bathroom, very friendly reception staff, restaurant on the ground floor rather basic and expensive for what it offers
