Awesome stay with the hotel. Staff were extremely professional and helpful when trip.com didn’t properly confirm the rooms with this hotel. The manager went above and beyond to help us resolve the issue . The rooms were stylish and clean and the location was within walking distance of many attractions and the transit system at Zoological Station

Great location, great bfast, clean room Room is quite spacious. Around 7mins walk to KaDeWe Also close to subway Bfast is not cheap but great quality with various choices + u get convenience

We were surprised that the breakfast we have booked were not properly recorded in their computer system where the restaurant's (BLEND) staff did not know about it for the 1st & 2nd day of our stay. Other than that little incident, everthing else were good.

Fantastic breakfast, great service and beautiful artwork. The extra (children's) bed was not that comfortable and the swimming pool was quite chilly, but otherwise fine.

The hotel itself is in a wonderful and central location. The rooms and the pool are spacious and clean. The quality of the breakfast was also first class. There was only one problem during our stay: the conference of interior ministers took place in the hotel. Of course we understand the importance of this event. But what we do not understand is that no information or compensation is given to the guests. The hotel was guarded 24 hours a day by heavily armed police officers at all points, entering and exiting the hotel was an extremely time-consuming and nerve-wracking act, the garage could be driven into, but we were unable to move our car. Snipers were placed. In summary, you just felt threatened and scared. After a long discussion, the hotel reimbursed the parking costs, but there was no compensation in the room rate. So we are more than disappointed with this attitude towards our own well-paying guests.

The spa area closed too early otherwise everything was tip top

The lobby is a bit perfumed, the location is great.
