I definitely appreciated the services that they provided. However, hairdryer should be renewed.

Will not come again

The facilities are very good, there is an open-air cafe and bar downstairs. However, the service is average. Breakfast ends at 11 o'clock. When there are still 10 minutes left, the chef came to urge us to leave quickly. He only urged some guests and his tone was not good. This experience requires a complaint to them.

It's a five-star hotel. Needless to say, it's hygienic. The breakfast is too simple. I ate it for several days. The transportation is also very convenient. There are taxis at the door at any time. It's only a few kilometers away from the city center. I once walked back.

One of the best hotels in the center of Berlin. I was on a business trip in Europe for two weeks and chose to spend a weekend in Berlin. It was my first time staying here. The hotel lobby had a Sheraton feel, but the room facilities were really too old.

The hotel facilities are very new, the service attitude is first-class, the breakfast quality is good, but the price is relatively expensive and there are not many choices. The surrounding environment is beautiful, and the transportation is convenient from the city center (near Brandon and the Statue of Victory). I will choose again next time I come to Berlin.

Quite okay but 5 stars?

Except toiletries and slippers are not provided. I stayed for three days and only had a bottle of water outside one day. The room is big and the location is next to a river. Taxi rides from various attractions will cost no more than 20 yuan. It’s about 70 yuan to the airport.

Worst Sheraton ever. The toilet stinks. The room is old and looks similar to Home Inns in China. Good location. The lobby looks nice.

There are not many facilities around. No phone calls at the front desk. The dryer, etc. is broken. There is a coffee machine but no coffee pot. Breakfast is not tasty. Unless you're German, you don't have much food to eat.

It was a great stay.
