It was very comfortable stay at this hotel. Location is quite good, near to many restaurants, grossery stores. Rooms are spacious. I noticed some annoying alarm sound in the room which I reported to reception and they said they will look into it. It was mild sound.

Perfect stay in a big space with perfect location - bed was a bit on the soft side tho, but no complaints as this is based on personal preference. Overall a great stay!

The hotel is clean and staff are nice. The location is good too because it is next to a metro station.

A very terrible accommodation experience. The front desk staff was very unfriendly. The bathroom in the room had a strong smell of urine, and it still smelled very bad even after I cleaned it. The leaking water pipes had holes in them and the ticking sound affected my sleep. The phone was broken and could not be used. When I asked the front desk staff if I could change to another room, he just said he was sorry and couldn't provide any assistance. When he mentioned the situation in the room, the other person smiled and said it was really a pity and he couldn't provide any assistance. Because many facilities were damaged and the smell of urine in the room was very strong, I had to temporarily find a hotel nearby. With the help of trip.com, I was able to get a refund for the following days, but I was charged 7,000 and 3,500 on the first and second days. , the response I got was a floating room rate, which was unacceptable for spending 10,500 to stay in a room with questionable facilities and cleanliness. 

We liked everything. The bed was clean and perfectly made. The room is compact and has everything (only there are not enough cups and small plates. The room is for 4, but there are 2 cups). Breakfast is good, there is plenty to choose from 6:30-10:00. Check out before 12:00 was very nice. The room was close to the elevator, but we didn't hear any noise.

Great value for money. The service is also very good. There is a supermarket next to it, which is convenient for traveling and eating.
