It is an old but a nice hotel in a very good location. Just five minutes to the subway and ten minutes to the train station (S-Bahn) on foot, so you can easily get around. Lots of opportunities to shop and enjoy, two large supermarkets directly at vicinity.
We were served by Ms. Martina and she was wonderful to us, always smiling and ready to solve any problems that may arise.

I booked for one night arriving late in the evening. And when I wanted to take a shower at 5 a.m., no more shower gel, the bottle was empty
Shame on a hotel where you pay more than 100€ and which does not check the room before

War alles gut, fand es toll, dass es einen Kühlschrank im Zimmer gab und am Frühstücksbuffet hat nichts gefehlt. Sogar Filterkaffee war vorhanden.

Schlechtestes Bett, inkompetentestes Personal, Zimmer komplett veraltet und sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Taxi wurde vergessen vorzubestellen, private Gegenstände, die zur Verwahrung abgegeben wurden nicht mehr gefunden. Auf keinen Fall buchen! Berlin ist voller besserer Hotels

Clean, comfortable, central location, friendly staff…couldn’t want anything more. Lidls right next door if you want any snacks or water etc. Come out the hotel front door and turn left and walk to end of street and turn right and you are in shopping heaven, Hard Rock Cafe, Starbucks and lots of independent stalls and shops. Hotel rooms are serviced by a lift to all floors and the room we had had a bath/shower, two single beds (although very close together as is case in a lot of European countries), a TV, a kettle with tea/coffee. Room very clean and beds comfortable after a long day sightseeing. Would highly recommended this hotel as what we paid for three nights was a great bargain
