Spendete meglio i vostri soldi altrove...noi abbiamo scelto questa struttura perché aveva anche la cucina, ma la struttura non mette a disposizione neanche una bustina di the...per un weekend bisogna comprare tutto, spugnette, sapone per i piatti, sale, zucchero ecc..il sapone per la doccia era finito, una sola sedia, e la reception è chiusa dal sabato sera al lunedì mattina, quindi se vi accorgete troppo tardi che è finito il sapone o vorreste una sedia in più non l'avrete. La struttura è triste e poco accogliente. 130 euro a notte sono assolutamente spropositati...

Die Lage in Lichterfelde ist sehr gut und die notwendige Infrastruktur sehr gut. Gastronmie in der sehr nahen Umgebung ist auch sehr gut. Das Zimmer ist hell. Die Matrazen sind sehr weich, genauer gesagt zu weich. Das Einchecken per Automat klappt sehr gut. Die Duschwanne ist unbeqem und mit Wasser sehr glatt. Vielleicht ein paar Streifen auf den Boden der Wanne kleben. Die Mitarbeiterin ist sehr, sehr freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit. Wir haben sofort gemerkt, daß diese Freundlichkeit nicht gespielt ist, sondern ehrleich gemeint ist. Hat uns bestärkt wahrscheinlich im Juni für eine längere Zeit dort einzuchecken.

Die Appartements selber sind groß und gut ausgestattet. Es hat eher Ferienwohnungs- als Hotelflair. Es gab im Vorfeld einige Probleme bei der Reservierung (Fehler) und beim Schlüsselkasten (Tippfehler). Um ein Haar wäre ich gar nicht reingekommen... Leider seit Corona kein Frühstück und keine Mitarbeiter vor Ort. Checkout dafür unkompliziert, Preis super.
