The room is nice. It feels like it is newly renovated. The temperature in the room is a bit high. Maybe the air conditioner cannot cool down in winter. In addition, the pillows are not very comfortable, but everything else is very good. The hotel has a swimming pool, which children like very much

We stayed here for 2 nights. Overall I would say we had a very good stay but In summary I would not recommend the club lounge extra or the jr suites. We were around £275 per night. For a junior suite with club lounge access and breakfast. Positives: Check in easy and quick. The junior suite was beautiful and large. Comfy beds and great black out curtains. The shower is brilliant Location was ok, handy for the zoo and shopping but if I went back to Berlin I would stay in the central mitte area. Negatives Club lounge - drinks were absolutely not flowing. On the first night the young gentlemen was brilliant. Saturday and Sunday the woman was uninterested, unwelcoming and unhelpful. She barely offered any drinks and on 2 occasions after a long wait she asked my husband what he wanted and didn’t ask me. So he had a drink and my glass remained empty - I’m not sure what that was all about. Our room was in floor 6 (at the far end of the building). The club lounge level 7 which meant a long walk any time we wanted to go up. Any other hotel we have stayed in as club level guests we are on the same floor as the club level. So this is something to keep in mind. We had a jr suite and the mini bar was supposed to be free/ refilled free. The second day we had called to ask if we could have it restocked as they didn’t do this whilst out. They gave us some water and 3 cola. We then called again one night and they brought us one (1) single beer and charged us for this. When I called the customer service she advised the mini bar was not free. I disputed this since we were in a suite and she very adamantly stated it was not free. A while later she called and apologised stating it was free, but we never received any more drinks and refrained from calling due to the stress of this We used the pool once which was nice. The rooms were hot at night. There is no ability to turn air con on higher which meant I had broken sleeps due to the heat in the room. So the hotel is beautiful, clean and spacious. I would recommend it but I don’t think club or suites are worth the extra. I could have stayed in mitte 4-5* for half the cost.

Inzwischen hat sich dieses Hotel zu meinem Lieblingshaus in Berlin entwickelt. Das hat viele Gründe und wurde von mir auch bereits in mehreren Bewertungen erläutert. Auch bei diesem Aufenthalt hat mich vor allem die Freundlichkeit der Mitarbeitenden erfreut. Hier spürt man wirklich, dass der Gast im Mittelpunkt steht. Es wird weitaus mehr als Dienst nach Vorschrift gemacht. Auch keine Fehler (Duschgel und Bodylotion in der Dusche bzw. am Waschbecken vertauscht) werden schnell und unaufgeregt behoben. Mein Zimmer war erneut sehr sauber und in super Zustand. Optisch wissen die renovierten Zimmer sowieso zu gefallen. Derart gute Betten kenne ich in keinem anderen Hotel. Die Vorzüge als Leaders Club Mitglied erhält man ohne wenn und aber. Das ist top. Das Frühstück ist nach wie vor herausragend. Sehr schön dargeboten, mit hochwertigen Komponenten. Umrahmt von einem super freundlichen, aufmerksamen und schnellen Serviceteam. Schön ist auch die Weiterentwicklung zu sehen, bei diesem Aufenthalt sind mir beispielsweise die veränderte Auswahl an hochwertigen Backwaren aufgefallen. Toll, wenn man als Gast erkennt, dass es stets Optimierungen und keinen Stillstand gibt.

Sehr schönes Hotel- super Lage! Das Personal war aufmerksam und freundlich. Die Zimmer und der Spa-bereich sind sehr sauber. Im Spa-bereich empfiehlt es sich rutschfeste Sohlen anzuziehen- der Boden ist wirklich äußerst rutschig.Das Frühstück lässt keine Wünsche offen.Wir kommen sicher wieder und freuen uns über einen schönen Urlaub.

Auch beim erneuten Besuch war das ein vollauf überzeugender Eindruck. Das Hotel ist exzellent gelegen zwischen Gedächtniskirche und Zoo, am Ku'damm, privat und sehr engagiert geführt. Die Atmosphäre ist freundlich, die Zimmer sind top ausgestattet, topmodern und sehr edel. Man fühlt sich gut untergebracht. Das Frühstück ist wirklich exzellent, zudem mit Blick auf den Zoo. Der Pool-Bereich ist groß und schön, leider kostet aber die Sauna extra. Das Haus gehört zu LHW. Im Westteil der Stadt ist das eine beste Empfehlung.
