This hotel is absolutely wonderful. The breakfast is fantastic and has good vegetarian options, with very attentive staff. The bar is not cheap, however the quality is excellent. The reception is visually impactful, and the staff are brilliant. The gym is currently being repaired which is a shame, however they have made alternative arrangements available for guests that are desperate. Unfortunately this is one of the few areas of Berlin that does not have easy access to delightful late night takeaway food, however it is perfect for tourist sites.

The relaxation area and breakfast/lunch are particularly pleasant.

Very comfortable beds, great location. Only downside was that housekeeping or mini bar accounting would arrive very early in the morning. Restaurant is fantastic

Room - Small and unremarkable. Design felt dated. Not remotely on par with the luxury feel of the lobby and other shared spaces. Lobby - Gorgeously designed and spacious. Location - Easily walkable from major sites and public transportation. On safe, quiet street. Easy to find. Staff - Kind and courteous. Breakfast - Worthwhile. Good variety, and bread selection was a highlight.

Otel yeni, temiz.. çalışanlar arasında Türk personeller de var, Özellikle Restorant bölümündeki Yusuf, Sinan, evimizde gibi hissettirdiler. Concierge hizmetlerinden Stefan, şehir ile ilgili güzel tavsiyelerde bulunuyor, önemli yerlere rezervasyon yaptırabiliyor, çok başarılı ve ilgili. Resepsiyon daki Türk arkadaşlar da çok Yardımcı. Tekrar Berlin’e gelirsem tereddüt e**eden bu oteli seçerim. Yeri de ayrıca çok merkezi ve güzel.
