Unbelievably slow. I waited 30mins just for check out and we almost couldn’t catch our train. The staff at the reception truly do not know how to arrange their time for every customer😅🤡

The room I stayed in was a bit worn out, outdated. It faced a noisy street. However, when the window was closed the noise was reduced to almost none. On the other hand, you could hear any eventual sound from the corridor. The room didn't have an air condition, or minibar (fridge). The bathroom was tiny. The room itself was spacious, it was cleaned daily, the sheets were clean, and the beds were comfortable. Pretty decent hotel, for that price you would want to expect more, but prices in Berlin have skyrocketed recently.

I got the free “upgrade” room when I was checking in. The hotel is so good to stay just a day or two, or maybe more.

The hotel is a bit from the city center but you can easily get there with the U-bahn and the station Bulowstrasse is close to the hotel. It was a good price and nice and clean room and good breakfast. Nice and helpful staff.

We booked early check in at 11 o'clock, when we arrived hotel , they said that they didn't have cleaning staff and we can check in at 1 pm and we need to pay 15 euros for 2 hours early check in . We refused .then they agreed to let us check in at 1 pm for free .Our room was costed 150 euros without breakfast. The room was old . No toothbrushes , for bottle of water you need to pay 4 euros, no tea , no coffee . I think this price should include it .

The location is convenience and the staffs are nice too. However, the facilities in the hotel is quite old. And even the air conditioning in my room didn’t work for 2 days when the temperature outside was more than 30 °C. Me and my friend cannot sleep because of it. When we open our window, there were many insects entering the room and it was very annoying.

The hotel is simple and good value for money. The only small problem is if you have a room to street which is noisy day and night. Very cheap parking (only 7 euros per day), bit overpriced breakfast, but many options to eat outside.
