Die Rezeption ist freundlich und unkompliziert im Umgang mit Gästen und deren Bitten. Die Zimmer sind geräumig. Dusche und WC waren sauber, Handtücher, Seife und Duschgel sind vorhanden. Das Zimmer waren gelüftet. Nichts zu beanstanden.

Als Familie NEIN!!! das Zimmer war komplett dreckig, Handtuch mit braunen Flecken, Boden mit Haaren, für Kinder ungeeignet.

Die Unterkunft ist für einen City Trip zweckdienlich und super zentral gelegen.
Das Zimmer ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen gewesen. Das Bad war sehr klein. Durch die zentrale Lage durchgehend Geräusche rings rum.

God service og høflige ansatte.
Frokost ok. Rommet var smått. TV gammel. Dusj med urene fuger (sopp?). Utette dusjgulvlister slik at fo**atten måtte fungere som vannstopper. Ikke vasket i hjørnene i klesskapet eller støvsuget i hjørnene på gulvet. Utrolig varmt i gangene og i rommene til tross for åpne vinduer.
Omgivelsene til hotellet ikke pene. Mye trafikk og sirener. Glasskår fra en flaske på fortauet like ved ble ikke ryddet bort.
Kan tenkes at man opplever stedet bedre om våren og utover.

Hotel had friendly staff, decent rooms, and a satisfactory breakfast. However, our overall experience was marred by its location in a questionable neighborhood. While the proximity to the subway was excellent, the streets became quite dark and frequented by *********** in the evening, which made returning to the hotel uncomfortable. It's unfortunate that the hotel's otherwise positive aspects were overshadowed by this unsettling environment.
