I found the hotel ideal for an overnight stay before an early flight. The receptionist was friendly, there were enough towels in the room, the towel dryer heated the bathroom well, the room was quiet at night.

This is easy one of the best hotels I’ve stayed considering the price and value.. the staff are so friendly and the place is clean. The location is also superb with easy access to transportation

eine miserable Erfahrung. Sehr unprofessionelle Mitarbeiterin in der Rezeption, hat unsere Schlüsselkarte nicht verlängert, nachdem wir einen weiteren Tag bezahlt haben. die Rezeption ist nur teilweise besetzt, weil nicht besetzt der Rezeption und nicht verlängert den Schlüssel bleiben Sie um Mitternacht auf der Straße stehen. Geld zurück gibt es aber nicht. Einsicht der Mitarbeiterin einen Fehler gemacht zu haben, gibt auch. Das Management ignoriert sie völlig, wenn sie sich per E-Mail beschweren.

Es un lugar perfecto si tu viaje es low budget. Por el mismo precio en otros hoteles solo consigues cuartos compartidos con baño común. En Karlhorst por poco más de 30€ por pareja por noche, obtienes habitación con TV y buen Wi-Fi y baño privado, restaurante para desayuno almuerzo y cena (no incluido en el precio) y una atención cordial. 100% recomendado.
