The location is great, very central. The room was not good. When I arrived, I found out it was a three-star hotel. I thought it would be better to book a suite, ***. There is no air conditioning, which makes it very stuffy in summer. There is a small bedroom with no windows, which makes it even stuffier. There are no services, it's just a quick apar**ent. Fortunately, I only stayed for two nights.

Das Zimmer war sehr geräumig und hatte ein sehr schönes, neues und modernes Bad. Die Lage war sehr ruhig. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis war ebenfalls sehr gut.

My family and I stayed here over Chris**as and we were thrilled with the location! Easy access to the train, busses, and we never had a problem getting an Uber. We were surrounded by so many Chris**as markets that were easy to walk to. There is also a really nice laundromat close by, and our room was always nicely put together when we returned at the end of the day. We would definitely stay here again!

Hotel Nikolai is in a small little village tucked away in the middle of Berlin’s center. You can feel the old flair from the small cobblestone streets that are only for pedestrians. At the same time, walk three minutes and you’re out in Berlin, close to wonderful sights and the beginning of a great walking tour down the main ***** that leads all the way to Brandenburg gate. The train stop nearby does straight to Berlin HBF, which is convenient too. Lots of restaurant options! The staff is extremely friendly. The room is modern and clean.
