Great location. Close to trams and u bahn. Great eateries in the neighbourhood. Hotel tell is looking a little worn in places but has character. I would stay here again.

Das Zimmer war abgenutzt. Der Boden wies kaputte stellen auf. Im Badezimmer kein Kosmetik Eimer.. Zimmer war sehr klein.. Wirkte billig, mit den Plastik Grubenlampen.. Nachts um 1.45 ging plötzlich im ganzen Hotel der Feueralarm los.. Keiner informierte uns, was los ist.. Der junge Mann an der Rezeption war verschwunden.. Nach etwa 5 minuten ging der Alarm von alleine aus.. Nach etwa 20 min tauchte der junge Mann wieder auf . Er zuckte nur uninteressiert die Schultern und meine ,keine Ahnung was los war.. Auch am nächsten Tag gab es nur für bestimmt Gäste eine Auskunft und Entschuldigung.. Bei uns wurde nur gesagt ,dass ein Fehlalarm war, kann ja schon mal vorkommen.. Eine Entschuldigung blieb aus.. Das Frühstück hat mich sehr an Krankenhaus erinnert..Das Rührei war ständig kalt.. Also wir werden dieses Hotel nicht mehr besuchen.. Für den Preis bekommt man was besseres..

This is a nice hotel in a convenient and attractive area, but our disappoin**ent relates to how we were treated by the manager. We informed the hotel about our late arrival and we asked for a quiet room. The room we were given was on the first floor, on the main road and the window didn't close properly. My wife suffers from severe insomnia, so we asked for a different room. The person at reception was from an agency and said she didn't have access to the system to change the room. She rang the manager/owner, who suggested a single room on the top floor. We stayed in the initial room and had a bad night. The following morning the manager/owner was very aggressive to us and said 'thank you for waking me up at 1 o'clock in the morning'. We accepted a move to the smaller room on the top floor, after which our room was never cleaned (we stayed for 4 nights), although we asked several times. We were just shocked at the lack of professionalism and kindness of the manager. The rest of the staff were very nice, however.

Wat fijn was; De medewerkers die het echt fijn vinden om je een fijne tijd te bezorgen. De heerlijke bedden. Met een “kussenmenu” De mooie tuin. Het zeer goed gevulde ontbijtbuffet dat echt tot het einde bijgevuld blijft. Meerder soorten sapjes. En een kwartier nadat het officieel is gesloten, een medewerker komt vragen of je misschien nog een kopje koffie wilt. De ruime selecte aan biersoorten in de bar. De parkeergarage hoewel je daarvoor geluk moet hebben. Je kunt niet reserveren. Als hij vol is moet je ergens anders parkeren. En grotere auto’s passen er niet in. De leuke buurt. Welke kant je ook oploopt, in elk straatje zit wel iets van leuke horeca. Ga vooral ook bij de buren eten: Donath. Ze krijgen niet zulke goede beoordelingen op diverse internet sites maar ze hebben net een nieuwe chef-kok en een nieuwe crew. Wij hebben er heerlijk gegeten.

We stayed here for 3 nights recently. The rooms are clean practical and comfortable. The breakfast was lovely and the staff were very friendly and helpful. 2 stops on the U-Bahn and you’re in AlexanderPlatz. There are also some lovely restaurants and cafes within walking distance. Would definitely recommend a stay here for a good value, independent hotel

Good location, but too expensive for the services and amenities it offers. The mattress should be renewed. It wasn't fluffy. Breakfast was very basic, with little variety and quantity of fruit. Pros: it has air conditioning (something unusual in Berlin) I changed hotels and seven blocks away I stayed in a hotel with better amenities, a very good variety at breakfast, and a saving of 50 euros per night.

Stayed with wife. Room cozy, yet spacious for two. Bathroom modern. Elevator fast. Lobby, breakfast/nightcap area (inside and outside) very nice, relaxing. Lots of nice details. Breakfast outstanding! Neighborhood is safe, quiet and near everything. Easy to get to hotel via Berlin subway. Night staff multi lingual. No issues communicating with staff even though we spoke no German.

Hôtel bien situé au coeur d' un quartier tranquille mais proche de plusieurs rues à quelques pas avec un choix extraordinaire de restos Le métro est à 400m mais nous on a tout fait à pieds !!! c'est de cette façon que nous aimons découvrir les villes !!! Quand à l' hôtel je serais très critique sur : Pas de changement de literie sur 6 nuits Pas de changement de linge de toilette sur 6 nuits Le ménage n' a jamais été fait dans la SDB sauf la poubelle vidée !! pour un soi disant 3 étoiles ....les prestations laissent à désirer !! Rapport qualité/prix à revoir !!! N' avons pas pris le PDJ (15€/personne ..) trop cher pour ce qui était proposé Au bout de la rue il y a un super petit endroit pour prendre des PDJ pour 12€pour deux !!! Donc en résumé avons été déçus par rapport aux critiques positives lus sur le net et qui avait influencé mon choix ... Je ne conseille pas cet hôtel !!!
