The hotel advertises itself as IBIS Potsdamerplatz, but it has absolutely nothing to do with that. About 1200m away, so closer to Checkpoint Charlie than Potsdamer Platz. That was annoying because I had a serious accident injury and had to really struggle to walk the 1200m with my luggage.
The hotel staff can't do anything about that. They were all friendly and helpful.
The hotel is very clean, the rooms are simple. It's just a "budget" hotel. But everything was OK.
The breakfast is inexpensive and delicious, but not particularly extensive. Reasonable for the price.
The S-Bahn is easy to get from the hotel and everywhere. Just Berlin.

The dry and wet separation is very thorough, but the only thing is that it is inconvenient without a hair dryer. The environment is clean and tidy, suitable for stopping and taking a rest. Overall, it’s not bad!

As I said, good location for Berlin, just park your car in the underground car park and reach everything on foot or by train and bus. The rooms are very small but adequate. Breakfast has everything you need. In the evening we went to Blue Man Group, which is a 15 minute walk away. The next day we went on a tour of Berlin (Check Point Charlie, Wall Museum, Memorial to Jews in Europe, Brandenburg Gate), all on foot.

Hotel is in a good location, close to transport links. Check in was really slow, think the staff member was new. Room was compact and very basic. Shower gel is provided. We requested more towels as only one is provided and this was not a problem. Breakfast was good, plenty of choice. Room was clean. No kettle or hairdryer though. You can rent a hairdryer but need to have cash to do so. The bed is comfortable but the pillows are dreadful, if you can call a pillowcase stuffed with bits of foamlike stuff a pillow. No support whatsoever in them. I woke each morning with pain in my neck and shoulder. The hotel needs to address this! Because of the pillow situation I would not stay here again.

Room is not well maintained. Durty bathroom. Non-welcome staff ... Location is good and near berlin center. You can access to berlin monument by bus (approx 2km) Breakfast is good. Parking is paid for 17e/nigth

Centrally located simple IBIS hotel. Clean, quiet, decent beds. However, you have to forego comfort of any kind. There is not even a hairdryer. However, acceptable for an overnight stay.

Ich habe das Hotel aufgrund seiner sehr zentralen Lage und des günstigen Preises gewählt. Die S-Bahn und Bushaltestelle ist in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Zum Hauptbahnhof sind es 10 Minuten mit dem Bus. Das Hotel ist sehr gut eingerichtet, große Zimmer, Frühstück vielfältig. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt. Die Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeiter sind alle sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Eine Empfehlung sind feste Frühstückszeiten, um Wartezeiten zu vermeiden. Wir kommen wieder.

Ich war mit meinen Mädels ein Wochenende in Berlin und das Ibis budget liegt so super dass wir fast alles zu Fuß erreichen konnten. Das Zimmer war o.k. das Bad auch. Frühstück hatten wir nicht gebucht sondern immer in der Stadt eingenommen. Wir konnten gegen Zahlung von 5 Euro auch bereits morgens statt erst nachmittags ins Zimmer. Bekamen ausreichend Handtücher und zusätzliche Kissen. Alles in allem völlig ausreichend zum schlafen und eine günstige Unterkunft bei einem Berlinbesuch.

To start with I would love to mention the Reception Staff that were really nice and helpful people. Listened to all my queries and were obedient to fulfill it. The Room Service was horrible as no cleaning were done despite of my request to the front desk staff Mr.Mahmud. Since I had a 4 year old child with me I was sceptic about the sanitization and cleanliness, but everything went for a toss as no hygiene was practiced there. About the property, well it was very centrally located. Close to all the amenities, transportation and tourist attractions. The room I got this time was a Disabled Room thus it was good sized with a big bath but hardly any view since it was at the back. Breakfast was okayish and repitative. Overall an average stay experience and nothing to be excited about.
